AT&T Store

I love the efficiency of this store and all the employees are fantastic and friendly. I do want to point out one employee in particular I believe his nickname is Jamaica He's a lanky black gentleman I believe you wears glasses he is incredibly giving what is time and expertise. When I got my flip phone which I love he actually spent at least an hour if not more past closing to make sure I had everything sorted out This guy is the kind of thing that makes you AT&T the company it is so please keep him and please give him a raise and make sure you have people like him all around

Walking into AT&T can be very overwhelming for someone with social anxiety like myself. Jamaica was extremely helpful and resourceful! The customer service I received was impeccable along with him helping several other customers all by himself. He manage to keep such high energy my entire experience that my anxiety was nonexistent. The store was super clean and a very comfortable environment! Keep up the good work. Jamaica should be considered for a manger with the way he was able to keep control of his environment as a one man army!!

The manager greeted me right away, which I really liked. I came in for a billing issue and he was able to help me. He was fast and efficient but not in a way that felt like he just wanted to get it over with. I have had that experience before. I would definitely come back to see this manager again.

Felix went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive, greeted me upon entry, and let me know he’d be with me shortly. He was very friendly with every customer that came into the shop and he made the visit a quick and successful one.

Wow! What a great experience I needed a new phone and Ernesto hooked me up, not to mention what a cutie ;)

Came in looking for an upgrade and a watch for my gf staff was very attentive and helped me as soon as I walked in. I even left with an extra watch they found a promotion for me which was Bogo at the time will continue coming back to this location for all my needs.

I had the pleasure of taking my son in today to get a new phone. I wasn’t sure what options we had because the phone was still very much under contract. Gio helped us and was able to give us the very best deal on a phone and made sure we weren’t overpaying on our bill. He did that without being asked. I recommend the drive to this location if you are an AT&T customer.

Went to another AT&T store and had no help, so decided to come here. Ernesto and Jamaica were extremely friendly and helpful extremely helpful definitely recommend the store.

When I walked in today, I wasn't expecting to walk out with a brand new upgraded phone AND FREE Samsung Galaxy Watch. Gabriel and Andrea made sure everything went smooth, while also making sure time did not feel super long. It was an awesome experience to be treated so kindly. Thank you.

This store is wonderful! They have every device imaginable and the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They helped me save $ on my bill and I got a great deal on my internet. Their staff is also bilingual (English & Spanish). They have around 5 reps working at all times so there is no wait time. I highly recommend this location! They do not disappoint!

Worked With Gabriel! Had the worst time getting Verizon to port my number. Gabe didnt quit, spent hours helping me before and after work. Very rare cell phone sales people are this good. Highly recommend Gabe big time.
