Was so nice she let me and my family a little time to let us order because we weren’t ready she was so nice she’s a nice young lady and she needs a promotion after that the nicest lady and also I love her name

The original/ opening manager was not nice. The second round of employees since opening is a breath of fresh air.

Brand new location in a great spot.
I stopped by today around 12:45 and I must say i was highly impressed with my drink today!!!
I get iced coffees & the frozen iced caramel coffee fairly often. Between here in Virginia, North Carolina, all the way down to Georgia I had best one today 🙌🏾🧡
It's usually hard to maintain the flavor balance in these frozen drinks, but She made this one Amazing!!
I will be returning.

The staff was great! I have went there several times and they are all wonderful. I received my order in a reasonable amount of time (considering that they were short staffed). If customers have a problem with the wait, maybe they should try ordering ahead. At a minimum, customers should attempt to ACT like a decent human being / adult and NOT yell at teenagers - grow up!

I was visiting from PA. A week or so ago, I stopped in at this particular Dunkin restaurant. A young man by the name of TJ waited on me. He was very pleasant and professional. Even though I really couldn't make up my mind as to what I wanted and changed my mind a couple of times (not to mention it was a bit busy and a little noisy in there), he was very patient and he didn't make me feel rushed. THANK YOU TJ!

tomato avocado and bacon sandwich was GREAT and the toast was just right. order came quickly on the drive thru. nice new place, will come here occasionally when visiting the hardware store.

GREAT LOCATION. Friendly staff. I went there yesterday (Tuesday 12/20/22), a nice young man (I think his name was T.J.) waited on me. They were very busy but he was so nice and my drink was PERFECT. They could definitely use more workers.

I'm a sucker for a donuts and coffee. I'm not a cop, but I understand why the running joke continues.

ALSO you get way more coffee per dollar compared to Starbucks. ☕

I took my grandchild there last Friday. I highly recommend this place BUT I also recommend that you go in there with a ton of patience as they seem to be very short staffed. The young man who waited on us was very pleasant and extremely nice to my 6 y/o grandchild who wasn't sure what flavor of ice cream to get.

As always great place to drink a nice cup of coffee and good conversation. Place was clean and employees courteous. Love this spot.

I visited this Dunkin donuts because I was in the area. I enjoyed what I ordered.
