Big Lots

I like big lots, I live frugally. I find that I can find quality furniture at a reasonable cost at big lots.

It's Big Lots! Found this sweet Grinch blow mold, and some Halloween clearance stuff. Their register machines were down (offline), but the staff helped us with getting the credit on rewards card by going online using the receipt.

I drive from Maryland just to shop this Big Lots! The female Manager and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Great customer service and the shelves were stocked with all the goodies. Big Lots never disappoints!

The nicest Big Lots I have seen after visiting the chain in 20 plus states. Something about this store, the way it is organized and stocked... Bravo!

I visited the Big Lots in Woodbridge for the first time ~ a lady named Patricia went above & beyond for me ~she didn't even know me...I called ahead & wanted the advertised Blend Jet personal blender...she took my phone #, she said that she was busy in that she had a line at the checkout and she was the only one there... but to give her a few minutes & she would check stock for me & call me back. She did!!! She had them and held them for me until I could get there. I'm not tech savvy so I can't give her a review ~ she even helped me to get into my account by my phone to check for coupons or further discounts ~ just so very helpful, patient, and kind. Big Lots has a gem in her!!!

Went in to look at their furniture, the getelemen that helped answered all our questions and was very helpful. They have a nice selection of furniture and good prices.

Great item's and large varieties at the time. Great customer service and a helpful team. 👍 I like that. I must return for two other items I didn't have room for in my vehicle 🙃 😅. But, I was very happy with the staff and the clean appearance. So big lot are not clean.

Love Big Lot. The one here in Woodbridge VA the Manger she have a heart full of gold. She help my Husband and I find what we needed at the last minute. All stores need mangers like her. Thank you Miss Karen once again for your caring heart and the love also patient with your customers.

Paper towels and bathroom tissues folks you can't beat the price

My favorite hometown store. Great everyday savings, and military discount is also included! There's always a sale going on to nicely decorate your own or stocking your cabinet with great snacks. Love, love, love it here, and the customer service is always A+

A little remote located. Large selections and very friendly staffs. Should spend time visit it if you around Potomac Mills.

This location never fails to have great finds! I always end up leaving with items I didn't go searching for.

It's Big Lots. Not too much else to say. This one is bigger than many and surprised to see the shelves were neat and orderly.
Not too long a wait in line and the associates were polite.

Clean store with courteous, helpful, and professional store Associates. The store sells nice looking furniture amongst other household, automotive, and outdoor items. I was really impressed at their new location in Woodbridge, Virginia. I am a fairly new customer but will be shopping there on a regular basis. Great job to Managers & Staff!

5* is mainly for the service. Manor the cashier was amazing, she was so helpful. Not just to ke but the couple of people who were online. Paris was helpful too.
I am generally happy with my visit today. 2nd or 3rd time visiting.
They have many things that I didn't expect such as furniture.

Lower priced products than goodwill only new! Also, as soon as the store opens you can treat your senses to the delightful smell of cheap booze and cigarettes. Not sure if it's on the staff or the other customers... perhaps it's both. But they thought of everything. If you get overwhelmed by the smell, be prepared to race to the bathroom and hug some porcelain. As you empty the contents of your stomach, look for shredded baggies with meth residue for a bonus experience... magical. I will be back as soon as I hit rock bottom.

This is a new location, near Potomac Mills Mall. The store is clean and well-organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, all of the things you've come to love to find at a Big Lots store are all there.
