Big Lots

today it’s My birthday!!! I stop by big lots in Vero beach (to use my bd coupon lol) Emily was here to provide exceptional customer service with a great big smile.
Happy 2 years anniversary with Big Lots today Emily. Heath (manager) is buying her lunch awww today . What a wonderful experience I just had visiting with them both, amazing customer care 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Clean store and nicely organized. The only person who I saw working today ( I believe his name was Kevin) was incredibly friendly. When we lined up to check out, about 5 people lined up behind us. As we were checking out, a phone call also came in. Kevin handled it all with a happy attitude and kindness. He was friendly with my whole family and friendly with the person on the phone. I’ve worked in retail and I know how stressful it can be when you have a line and phone calls are coming in. I was thoroughly impressed with his composure and attitude. The store was clean and organized, but I’m really only leaving a 5-star review because I was so absolutely impressed with this specific employee. He put a smile on our faces and made us want to come back. :)

I can't say enough about Heath and Kevin. Their level of customer support and attention to detail are 2nd to none. I rarely leave reviews but these two individuals set the bar so very high that I needed to share. Retail can be so tough but these two lead by example. I sincerely hope Big Lots knows how fortunate they are to have such outstanding, customer focused individuals managing their location. My situation involved a complicated return. NEVER did they make me feel uncomfortable or "put out". I highly recommend this store for their staff.

I went to look at furniture! The employee who helped me (didn't get his name sadly) was very kind and accommodating, thoroughly answering all my questions! The store was very well maintained and I would recommend it any time!

Love shopping here. The prices are great as is the selection. I love the unique items you can find there. The employees are nice, knowledgeable and don't mind helping shoppers.

The employee in the furniture department was so pleasant, knowledgeable and went above and beyond being kind, respectful and most of all helpful and efficiently timely. Please inform him that this customer was so appreciative of his efforts. I will be returning to purchase a recliner. Big Lots is blessed to have him in their employment!!!!

I tend to find this place rather organized with friendly staff. Prices are so so. Some are great and some cheaper at Walmart or home Depot ( cleaning supplies). Easy parking.

I like their perks they have have for members, you get a coupon for $5 off of 15 each time you make 3 visits and it doesn't matter whether you spend $1.00 or or $20. Every purchase counts. They are always very friendly and helpful, I like this store, most things are a bargain some are a little more expensive than Walmart but for the most part just because of the friendliness, I shop here over other places. So sign up for their membership rewards. Enjoy the bargains.

They are awesome, my daughter wanted cheddar cheese balls. But all we found was white cheddar. But this young man went n found them for us. Much appreciated went above and beyond. Thank You

Found what I was looking for very easy.

Great selection on Christmas decor. They always have my favorite box of Smoked Salmon in for the holidays. No one else has it year after year. Only Big Lots carries it. At $10.00 a box it's a steal of a deal.

Although, the cooler is almost empty, we are in a pandemic. I still enjoy shopping at Big Lots! The prices are very reasonable, it's not crowded and the employees are friendly.

This Big Lots is bright and clean. I've gotten some good bargains here especially on my mattress and box spring. It's always fun to be surprised at which exotic foods they get in. I've tried many good imported food products here which cost much less than at Publix or Fresh Market. They get things like canned stuffed grape leaves which are difficult to find. Their breads and freezer items make it convenient if you only need to make a quick trip to the store.

Excellent!! Went for vanity, none on the floor, furniture guy looked in back, came back with exact one I wanted, last one!!! Rang us up, out of store in 15 minutes. Sorry to everyone in very long lines up front. Many thanks to furniture person.

The store is very clean. It was not crowded when I shopped there on Sunday after church. It was a lot better than trying to find a handicapped parking place at Walmart!
