This Kroger was clean and easy to navigate. There is a Starbucks and quiet seating area inside.

Tuxedo cake is our family's favorite cake at Kroger! It's chocolate mousse and vanilla mousse layer with marble cake. Very moist and rich chocolate taste.
We tasted Costco's tuxedo cake also but we like Kroger one is better.

I was 'price-comparison' scouting wine here then found & bought a bottle of Andre champagne for $6.99, which was 20 cents less than what I found at a Publix just this past Saturday

Crowded aisles but lots of product. Self checkout encourage but not mandatory.

I really like my local Kroger. Good selections across the board. I’ve had great experiences with the staff who’s very friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes there might be some products shortages but that’s caused by worker shortages and e-commerce challenges.
Good job Kroger Sugarloaf, keep up the good work.

Clean, well stocked and a great, knowledgeable team makes this our favorite grocery store in our area. Keep it up, Kroger!

This is the best Kroger I’ve ever been! I mean it looks so clean, the flowers and plants are beautiful, the vegetables, fruits meats are so fresh and beautiful! It makes you want to shop everything. And the workers are very friendly and helpful! I don’t care to drive 10 min more to go to this Kroger!

Best Kroger. I love this location. They have a lot of lunch/dinner options in their deli and typically always have everything I need in stock. The associates are friendly and the service is usually speedy. The self check out lanes help too. I have not had an unpleasant trip to this Kroger location yet, and I hope it stays that way. Thank you!

Clean Neat and saving point for Gas.

Vivian in the deli station was amazing & very kind. The station was closed for the day but she made an exception & carefully made my sandwich so neatly.

Henry at the meat counter was great! He provided prompt friendly service and deboned some chicken thighs for me. I know that's sometimes a pain in the neck to do (which is why I have the meat counter do it instead of doing it myself!) but he was happy to help and did a great job.

Good place to stack up supplies. I lived closeby since 2006 for 10 years and would shop here every week at least once for most of my needs. Has a range of jams(preserves), coffee and teas, good deli(very nice staff), fresh baked breads and I like their fried chicken a lot. Commonly used Medical and Toilet items are always in stock. Grocery is expensive. Has Organic section. Always has seasonal goods. Never used their aisles for pets items. Decent chips and soda aisle. Good parking lot. Close to HR Block, Five Spice and a mail shop. There was my favorite Blockbuster (now closed) in front of it.

This is my go to location. It is close to my job so I can come grocery shop for lunch. I normally have a very positive customer service experience at this location. Brian in the Deli is very engaging and professional. He is always helpful. I notice his interactions with other customers and it is the same across the board. Whenever his coworkers get backed up at their stations, he is quick to assist.

First I love my click list at this Kroger, Kroger, 6555 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Duluth, GA 30097. But today they went above and beyond in customer satisfaction. We realized one item was missing a day later and we got service at our door. So grateful for the exceptional customer service. I don't recall the young mans name in the click list area, but thank you again!

Very nice Kroger. Good employees, clean, well staffed, solid item selection, and honest pricing. They sell mom&pop brand milk in glass bottles from the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia.

I actually live closer to another Kroger, but still get my prescriptions filled here. The pharmacy staff is always on point and know customers by name. If I've ever had a script problem with my doctor office or if I'm in a hurry to get it filled, they ALWAYS help. I'm thankful for their personal service.

I used the "clicklist" option to do my grocery shopping this past Saturday. I had a great experience with my order other than one minor issue. Ron, the store manager, and Mildred were very helpful and gave me the proper attention to the problem I had with an item I had purchased. They had a solution to my need, and they were great!

Let me tell you all something: This is the best Kroger in the surrounding area. Seafood is fresh! I come here for the catfish nuggets! The best King Crabs in town!! And I mean the BIG King Crabs!! Way to go Kroger-Sugarloaf!!

Kroger is my grocery store! They have a huge variety of products that includes many top brands, including their terrific store brands. The staff is very helpful and there are many departments - pharmacy, flower department, health foods section, bakery, and more, as a well as the usual grocery store offerings.
