I can't say enough good things about my CPAP care facilitator, Lindsey Shafer, at the Oaks location of Montgomery Medical Equipment.
From the beginning training session through this past week, I have been very impressed with her level of patience, knowledge and understanding in helping me get acclimated to this new experience. At the training session, she was very thorough and reassuring and made the time to check in with each person individually and answer questions.
I think I've called Lindsey 5X in this first week with questions and she always promptly returned my calls and was always congenial and helpful to resolve my concerns.
It's reassuring to know that Lindsey is just a phone call away during this adaptation period for CPAP.

I wasn’t sure about going to this company, but they accepted my insurance so I took a chance. Renee’ did a wonderful job of explaining what I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable with all that we discussed.

I have had horrible to lackluster experiences with Montgomery Medical. Sometimes it takes a week to get oxygen to my Mother - have you ever heard of a company that supplies a life-giving product to NOT be open on the weekend?
Yeah, neither have I.
I’ve had issues from the time it takes to deliver to the lack of follow up to sending delivery of tanks without a rep that knows how to use them.
Recently my Mother had to increase her oxygen usage so I will be seeing these guys more. And as long as the experience is like it was yesterday/today, I won’t have to write any more nasty emails that go unanswered.
This visit from Montgomery Medical went smoothly. Yesterday I spoke to a lovely representative named Honey - she listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I received a call from Rich to let me know he was 30 minutes out from delivery. My Mother called him a “very nice young man who knew what he was doing.”
When my Mother is happy, I am happy.

The local team at the Oaks location is absolutely fantastic. I wish it were easier to get a hold of them by phone though.

Tim is an excellent part of Adapt Healthy work force. He has been very informative about all our supplies when we had questions. He has always been kind. He's very polite. My husband being such a high risk during this Covid, Tim has always followed the guidelines. And to us that is very important. BUT....We have had some difficulty with phone personal when we call our orders in. One lady actually DID NOT put in Bob's order and we had to wait another day. Some personal seem like they don't knows what they are doing. One woman told us we had a two day wait for tanks. Never ran into this before. Seems they need more training about the company. Others are very good what they do. Thank you for being our oxygen and C-pap supplier.

I've been getting my oxygen supplies from Montgomery Medical in the Philadelphia area (an AdaptHealth company) for a few years now. They are always quick to pick up the phone and responsive to my needs. Deliveries are always within a day (thankfully, I've never had an emergency); their delivery people (and phone people) are always courteous and professional. (Probably not always so easy during a pandemic.) Recommend them highly and am grateful they are there!

I had a wonderful experience with adapt health. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I was worried after reading the reviews, but I think they did a wonderful job keeping me informed. I used to be a sales rep for Lincare and once they dropped the ball with my set up, I asked for another company. Customer service has been awesome. If someone didn't know the answer to my question, they put me on a brief hold and asked someone who did. . The hold up getting my supplies actually came from my doctors office and not the DME company. So many are quick to blame the company, but a lot of times the doctors office doesn't write the proper RX code , on leaves out information entirely. Frank the delivery driver was FANTASTIC. He called me prior to my set up and I wasn't home. He made the delivery smooth as possible. He came once I got home. He was polite, knowledgeable, down to earth and very helpful. He went over everything with my husband twice. I actually will request him for future deliveries. I am extremely happy with the service so far and look forward to the future. I called for a hospital bed that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. I emailed them on Wednesday to find out what was going on and they contacted me right back within an hour, fixed the problem that was with the script and delivered the bed the very next day. Delivered the bed, brought it in the house, very professional and courteous, put it together and he's sleeping soundly in it as I write this review! Thank you so much, had a wonderful experience!

I have been a customer for three years, and always received great service. They worked with my insurance company, and all costs for my CPAP machine and supplies were fully covered. Never had any billing issues, and deliveries were always quick. So far, I’m a happy customer.

Excellent service. Brett was terrific. Gave me a super tutorial on how to use equipment and was very patient. Excellent. Also customer service rep Moreh was very good as well. Very pleasant and professional. Gave me all the info needed to verify the order with the doctor's office. Understand my reluctance to provide info over the phone without first verifying. Great job!

Accommodating is an understatement! A recent straight line windstorm disrupted cell phone service causing my initial call to be dropped. I called again and began processing my order with a second associate. While on the phone with associate #2, associated #1 called me back! Ordered oxygen tanks. Gentleman was very nice and prompt. Been using company for 11 years and while there have been a few minor bumps in the road overall service has been pretty consistent and delivery has always been good, kind and courteous.

I have always had wonderful experiences whether it is one the phone or in person. Today I was helped by a representative named Aaron. She was polite, knowledgeable, and patient as I asked questions. I would recommend this company for your cpap needs.

Just picked up a CPAP here today. It took a while to get an appointment due to equipment shortages but they were able to move up my original appointment by a week. They were able to see me right away and the technician who went over the equipment with me was very helpful

In the past my experience with customer service has been ok. Recently I was trying to identify where a Center City office that had a range of CPAP masks and used to be located on 30th Street had relocated. I spent a day back and forth with different customer service individuals, none of whom could connect me with the right place; did not know the location to which I referred. It was very frustrating. The following day I tried again and connected with Tina (forget the first initial of her surname). She was wonderful. She took the time to direct me to a website that had a range of masks and reviewed them with me. She was knowledgeable about how they worked, compared their strong attributes and weaknesses--she was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I made a good choice. I will also say that in the past, individuals who have delivered CPAP machines have been very helpful and knowledgeable about the machines. Thank you Tina. Nice job.

I had to change the delivery time at the last minute. Your company wasn't upset and changed the time without any problems. My wheelchair was delivered on the time I requested and was in perfect condition. Thank you for your kindness.

I called to make an appointment for a new CPAP. I was given an appointment the same day. Went to the appointment. No waiting. We walked through the new machine, the mask fit and even the Phone App setup. Very easy. Technician was knowledgeable. Great experience.

Customer service gentleman that delivered the materials was very accommodating. He made sure that I understood how to work the equipment and how to order more when needed. Pleasant, friendly, polite and patient. He did not rush through explaining how to use and care for the equipment.
