Always a deal in here. The customer service is pretty good too. I can always come here to get what I need to accomplish my job. The bathrooms are pretty clean which is unusual for stores this size. The staff goes above And beyond to make sure you find what you need and they're very knowledgeable in their departments

I was at this store on 1,6,2024 I was helped by Deb Nancy and Tim Deb helped me pick out a snowblower and them Tim helped me load not only the snow blower and 3cbags of rock salt and Nancy rung me out kudos to all of you thank you for the awesome customer service it was greatly appreciated the snow blower works great thanks susie baker

I was there last week 2 days before my foot surgery. I needed to buy some sort of fencing for my schnauzer after surgery.
A women with long blonde hair and a tall quiet dark skin man helped me. Plan 1 didnt work out. She tried plan 2. Again it didnt work. We then came up with plan 3, though skeptic they tried it and was a success.
Not many employees take time out of there day to go above and beyond but these 2 did!
I was there Friday Oct 14 in the garden department. They deserve a Thank You for sure ! 2 great employees Lowes of Niskayuna!

Ryan and Mikhail in lumber went above and beyond to help me pick out the lumber for my large deck order. Even though I was being picky they were very empathetic and saw the order through to the end. Very professional and great customer service.

Man at return desk is top notch Not once ,not twice but every time I go to him. Lowe's,show your appreciation .

Found everything quickly, and the Pro Desk supervisor helped me load lumber on to my truck and also provided materials to better secure it.

Tbh this place was great the staff was great I bought this vanity for $200 less then home Depot my 🐕 love it cus everyone working there seem to have milk bones to give her.

This is a great Lowes. We have found a lot of what we need for our new home and for the projects and improvements that we’ve made. We always seem to find what we’re looking for, and more!
Update: The employees in the garden center are top notch! Corrina was a total pleasure to work with during my trip to Lowe’s. She was helpful not only to me, but to all of the other customers I saw her interact with. She is a shining example of professional courtesy, cheerfulness, and excellent customer service. She definitely went out of her way to make my experience a great one and encourages me to further make Lowe’s a regular in my shopping visits.

Ken in appliances was an incredible associate: patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. We purchased a range (ours suddenly died) and a range hood today; quickly, Ken located the Samsung range we wanted in stock. Next, he showed us several matching range hoods and carefully explained dimensions needed to accommodate our limited space. He found one online that would fit and placed the order. The range will be delivered in two days. Yay! We can cook again. The hood will arrive in a few weeks. Thank you Ken and store manager Rick for your expertise and friendly disposition.

My husband and I are refurbishing our house and have spent quite a lot of time shopping at Lowe's lately. The paint people have been very helpful and accurate with our paint colors, and we have had good luck finding supplies. We will continue to frequent Lowe's for our housing needs.

An other option of a big box store that has so much of what one may want for home or other building projects.

Since my move I've been shopping at this Lowe's store for roughly two months, yesterday Len in flooring went above and beyond to make sure we had what we were looking for calling other stores, looking online etc....
At the end of our shopping and several thousand dollars later he even made sure he helped load up our purchase before going home, Lowe's management you have an asset in Len..

The store is clean and everything is well organized and labeled. The staff is friendly and helpful. I choose Lowe's over home depot anytime plus I've noticed the prices to be better. They have a great selection of everything you need for your home. I still love small local home improvement stores but Lowe's provides that same feeling with a massive selection of goods.

As some last minute Christmas shopping came to my attention so did Lowe's. I found myself needing a very specific item and arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing. Thank you to Lowe's for not closing early. With that said, I found the store to be remarkable in cleanliness and order. I found my item just as they were making the announcements to let customers know the store was closed. I made my way to the cashier without being told to "get out" which I highly appreciated. The cashier was friendly and rang up my merchandise in a timely manner. I completed my mission for Christmas shopping thanks to Lowe's. I plan to return in the near future as I saw other items I needed but didn't want to over stay my welcome. Thank you again for making me feel valued even at the last minute.

We were in the market for a new dryer, as the old one was no longer drying the clothes. My wife and I first went to Home Depot, but were totally ignored by the rude staff because my wife was using the electric scooter. Apparently, it meant our money was not wanted. We went to Lowe's and immediately was asked, "May I help you?" Obviously, they wanted to do business and got the sale. We wanted a regular push button and dial dryer. Paid $595, which included delivery.

Y'all rock, every time I come here I am greated with kindness. Even in the face of being screamed at by others, y'all still manage to give me spectacular service and leave me happy with each vist. You may not always have what I want but you always know how to go out of your way to look for me. I appreciate everyone at the store for their hard work! I only wish their were people specifically for loading vehicles up so I didn't have to wait for people. I know everyone is busy and this is why I think there should be dedicated people for it.

Tia in the appliance department is great. She helped me out drastically. I cannot thank her enough for her patience. She is the sole reason I will come back here. The whole time during my issue,
I was thinking I would never to come back to Lowes. After the issues with our product not being deliveted when I selected delivery online and then the mixup from inventory problems and the product we ordered not being available, she worked diligently to find a solution for me. I appreciate her expertise for finding me a comparable product while providing great customer service. I hope corporate Lowe's treats her well and I will come back to Lowes because of her.

Lowe's never disappoints. I can use the app and know exactly which aisle to find the product.

Plenty of parking. Easily found the item using the Lowe's app, aisle and bay. Quick check out. Also, I was allowed to have my receipt emailed to me. Great option - no waste of ink and paper and more importantly, I'm less likely to lose it.
