A quick ck stop getting a much needed drink after playing a late soccer game. I've been here a few times and always have a good experience shopping or just getting gas. Very convenient location. The best part they have my favorite snack.

Friendly store
Gautam is very honest worker and sometimes he talk too much but he is very friendly.

I'm there once or twice a day for whatever. Their staff is friendly and I have never had a bad experience at the store. Every once in a while one of the gas pumps goes nuts but other than that, it is probably the store that I frequent the most.

At Hoadley Road and Dumfries. Convenient location, great snacks and drinks.

Easy access, handicap parking and accessable building. Friendly staff.

The dirtiest bathrooms

Lady at 1:25pm November, 9th 2023… scolded me about grabbing 3 boxes for my hot food, the food had chili and cheese which tend to spill out. I told her ok, she then physically open my box of food like she’s known me her whole life and removed the boxes. At first I told her to keep the food, but ultimately the audacity of her touching my food made me just leave my entire purchase all together.

Another 7/11 with horrible staff.

The owners of these locations (and a few others) are absolute slum lords. Lucky for them 7/11 franchise rules allow for being slummy.

This is regarding service at 13639 Dumfries road location on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. I have been a customer at this store for more than 20 years and had worst customer service experience ever!! Store was filthy and store employee D.J., who is a new employee at the store was very rude when I asked him to make a pot of coffee because the one that had coffee in it tasted like water!! He told me twice that he wasn't making coffee rudely!! I took my business to Dale blvd location!! So from now on when I see this man working I will not go to this store!! Very rude employee, bad customer service, employee sitting up front on his phone, filthy store when this guy is working!!

Place has no restroom for customers. They have fuel service but no restroom how is this possible?

This bathroom was as filthy as I have ever seen. What's worse is that the bathroom had NO SOAP. They serve food. Disgusting. The Virginia health department should have a field day with the number of violations this place has. I'm sure BP across the street has cleaner facilities.

Had a terrible experience here specifically with one clerk I believe her name was Nasira. She was very combative and very rude, I asked to speak to her manager and she refused and said there was no one else that could help me. She repeatedly cut me off when talking and then made rude comments about me! I will not be buying from here ever again!

The store practices false advertising, the clerk never gives the advertised deal. He is clueless. Many of my associates will stop going here. He needs to be trained or replaced. It’s hurting your business.

They put up a half eaten wing and tacoito to buy and they don't restock for a few weeks

Not charging the advertised price on a product is illegal in the united states. It's called false advertising. It's wrong. I was hungry and had little options but please don't do that or i will call a lawyer. Thanks have a great day
