Needed a super charge for a nearly dead battery. It was late at night & it took 20 min to charge the battery. While Battery Prices in store were pricey, the Customer Care was Outstanding!!

Auto Zone in Camden, DE was clean, well stocked, & had clearly marked merchandise, that was easy to find. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Chip(who helped me) was very nice and went to get the products and showed me on the back of the trans.fluid it was the right one.

I bought windshield wipers using the QR code in the wiper aisle. Turned out they were the wrong ones. Joey was very knowledgeable and knew the right ones to get off the shelf. He also installed them. Couldn't have done it without him!

Found exactly what i needed. Nobody available to check me out but they have self check out. One customer did not like that. He had been waiting for 15 minutes to talk to someone.

I went to Advanced Auto in Dover to buy a battery and have it installed- they do it as a courtesy. They wouldn’t install it. I went to Auto Zone in Camden DE. I bought a battery and they gladly installed it. They did a great job and were happy to help!

Brett was very knowledgeable and volunteered to put a new set of windshield wipers on my car. Arthritis is too much of a burden now a days. Again, thank you.

Very responsive and helpful. Several of the store associates have mechanical experience and offered insights that were useful and accurate. If they don't have parts they take the time to give feedback on how soon they can get them or alternative locations where inventory is available. The store is clean and organized.

The service from the sales clerk was top notch. However, when the clerk asked for a password for military discount from one of the supervisors, he responded with I am off the clock and walked passed him. The clerk looked embarrassed but kept his composure and completed the sale for replacement battery. But the supervisor gets minus 5.

This was a pleasant experience. The store manager (whose name I didn't get unfortunately) was extremely helpful. Omar, who replaced my battery, went above and beyond and was very thorough in removing the corrosion from the terminals. Overall, a great store I'll definitely be using in the future.

Needed to replace tail light and license plate light bulbs to pass inspection. Clinton, the Asst. Mgr, could have just sold me the bulbs. Instead, he personally installed all 4 tail light bulbs AND the license plate bulb. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers Clinton! Keep up the great work!

This place is absolutely awesome. I had a bad battery on Sat and had to have the car jumped to come in. Both workers at the counter were very professional and helpful. The young lady that was working the counter came out with me and checked my battery and helped me get a new one. She installed the battery for me as well. I was back on the road right away with no problem. Thank you Auto Zone!

Arrived Sunday evening, around 8. Adre and Michael were working. Both great guys. I had an issue with my battery and some additional questions, as I hate going to mechanic. Andre was very helpful replacing my battery, which was leaking, Michael also gave good advice regarding my questions. Helpful guys. Great, positive attitudes. I actually enjoyed my visit and was helped astronomically. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work

Justin at the Camden/Dover location was able to assist and educate me on my car issue in the rain. Thank you again Justin for being patient and courteous during a quick stressful moment. I hope there is a reward system for representatives who go above and beyond for customers-Justin did just that.

Great customer service from the 2 older gentlemen working there on 2.24.2021 around 6 p.m. Store was busy but they didn't complain. They just kept pressing on. Much respect.

Really great people there who were extremely helpful. I bought some headlights and turn signal bulbs & they added a free pouch of very handy dielectric grease

Battery replacement painless and fast. Eric did a great job of analyzing the problem and getting me a replacement installed in about 15 minutes. Just another reason that AutoZone has been my go-to auto parts store for years.

We are from out-of-state and in a torrential downpour our wiper blades were bad we pulled into this Autozone store all of the employees were extremely helpful we did not get the name of the gentleman who helped us put new wiper blades on our car I'm deaf and this gentleman went way out of his way to accommodate in the pouring down rain we highly recommend this store for auto parts we had traveled down to Virginia and we were heading home to Pennsylvania near the Poconos and we desperately needed wiper blades thank you so much to the employees at this store.
