O'Reilly Auto Parts

Bought a battery from them a few days ago, they thought they sold me the wrong one and had the curtesy of calling me to verify after they had the realization (turns out it was the correct battery btw). The staff is very down to earth and doesn't act like idiots. I'll be using them for most of my auto parts needs. 😎 👍

O'Reilly is my new "go to spot". I checked around for a battery for my Fiat and couldn't find one at Walmart/Advance for under $190. I checked online and O'Reilly had one for $89 and I got a military discount on top of that. Salesman installed it and I tipped him for doing it! Thanks O'Reilly!

The young man behind the counter was so kind and helpful. He helped me through the entire process of changing my light. He even taught me how to use a socket wrench without making me feel stupid. I will be back thanks to the service.

Jacob was so helpful with my battery core return and made things so easy. He's a really helpful guy and opened the door for me because battery's are heavy! Didn't have to wait long while he finished with with his previous client and made my time a priority. The whole transaction was super easy and Jacob is really great. Highly recommend and I already love he company but this fxbg store is really top notch. Glad it was there and so convenient for me!

These guys are always very helpful and friendly. When they didn't have what I needed in stock they told me they can order it... I assumed I'd get it sometime next week but they were like "okay we ordered it; it'll be here in about an hour". Given I live less than 5 minutes away I was pleasantly surprised that they will run a truck either from a warehouse or another store to get you what you need. Well THAT was fast even compared to Amazon!

They got the parts I need. Good staff. Very friendly.

Went to AutoZone today had to Get a brake light and Logan was exceptional and great, very professional Very proficient highly recommend.

They had the part I needed and were professional and courteous when I arrived. Only issue was placing the online order (didn't get filled on time), but that might be the fault of the O'Reilly online ordering system and not the store. Definitely my first place to look when no one else near my house has a part I need .

I have purchased several items from batteries to windshield wipers to parts to complete tow hitch lights. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. I've yet to wait on service because the staff is standing around shooting the breeze. I've experienced this at other local competitors which annoys me to no end. The parts i ordered were correct and arrived on time. Staff were polite and seemed eager to assist me with any questions. I felt they truly appreciated my business.

Years of great service from this O'Reilly's location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that will always rush to help with anything you might need.

Edit: I have continued to have such incredible service from this location that I wanted to leave another great review because I had forgotten I had already given one! Seriously the best auto parts store staff in the county. I've been to them all.

Very friendly service. An employee asked me as soon as I walked in if I needed help and was very prompt in finding exactly what I needed. He even walked out to my car to assess what else I might need. He also enrolled me in the rewards card and in less than 10 minutes I was out with everything I needed and for a very good price. I recommend it.

Best Service I've had at an Auto parts store. Khalil did a really good job of helping me find the clip for the splash guard underneath my car. Definitely recommend them.

I went in for some oil, a cabin air filter, and some fuel treatment. I didn't have an issue with the oil as they have a huge variety. The fuel treatment is something I do once every 6 months to keep the injectors clean. The only thing I had trouble finding on my own was the correct cabin air filter. The book they had hanging by the air filter display was for side mirrors. I still think that that was an odd place but no so odd considering that to the immediate right if the air filter display were blind spot mirrors you can stick onto your regular mirrors. Anyway, I ended up just looking up my vehicle on my phone to find the correct cabin air filter. The filter was a little pricey but it did eliminate my allergies. I also had no issues checking out. The guy behind the counter was cool and asked if I needed help with anything else. I didn't. I used my products, tossed my trash in the receptacle, then left.

Clean and well stocked store. Checkout was fast and courteous.

Customer service was better than I have experienced elsewhere. The staff as well as the assistant manager who checked us out were friendly and knowledgeable.

They are extremely helpful. In yesterday's sweltering heat they stayed outside helping my daughter sort out what was wrong with her car.

I was very happy to have an auto parts store on this side of town, especially after the nearby NAPA closed down recently. I have been several times for various parts and accessories and have had great service every time. Every staff member I have encountered was knowledgeable and courteous.
