Giovanni Nieves is top-notch with his skills and expertise in all things of extraordinary verity and variety. With over 20 years of experience and skills stemming from makeup to hair it is no wonder to set the bar ever so high. He strives for success to make sure all clients have his undivided attention and utmost humble gratitude in looking their best.

I was visiting Orlando for a military ball.
I asked friends for recommendations to salons. I scheduled an appointment with Giovanni for blow dry and formal makeup. He did an amazing job. Looking and feeling amazing. Staff was also helpful to find lipgloss for my event. Cashier super helpful and made me feel beautiful with her compliments. Reasonable prices. Total great experience.

I had the best experience today at Ulta store 706. First it was Giovanni who helped me and my husband look for hair products he even took the time to explain and educate us on all the products and all the benefits it would bring to our hair. And then he introduced us to Brayden who helped us with our skin care products he was the most amazing and it was the best experience my husband and I had ever had at an ulta .Thank you guys both so much for the top tier customer service. I'll be back soon

I went to this store on 3/30. Dante and Valeria helped me pick out some Good Molecules skin products. Dante was amazing! He was energetic and had a positive attitude. He, along with Valeria took their time to explain each product. Dante also helped me picking out some delicious smelling perfumes. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! <3

The wonderful lady that helped me was so so friendly and super helpful in finding me a different cleanser that is way better for my skin. She was absolutely a ray of sunshine 🫶🏼 I didn’t get her name (she was a gorgeous dark skin girly) but that lady needs a raise!!

I went to Ulta Beauty today and I was blown away by Yasmin. She was so beautiful. She helped me with different ways to layer colognes to give myself a signature scent. She was also so friendly and so nice, I can't help looking forward to coming back to getting her help again. Thanks Yasmin and keep up the good work.

I stopped in today to pickup an item that I was unable to find at my local grocery store. I was approached by one of the most polite, knowledgable, & professional customer service reps that I have ever spoken to in my life by the name of Kayley. She was in the middle of pulling an online order when she seen me wandering around, looking lost. I knew she was in the middle of doing something else so I tried to tell her to finish what she was doing and I could figure it out, but she insisted & stopped what she was doing to help me. Kayley walked me to multiple products that she felt would best serve my concerns and explained all the features and benefits of the products. MOST IMPORTANTLY she did not tell me that the products I was already using in my regimen were bad &/or recommend other more expensive products just to make a sale. Thank you so much Kayley for taking the time to educate me & walk me through so many products that I was unfamiliar with, I wish I could give you 10 Stars.

Dante helped me find new foundation and blush and answered other product-related questions. I appreciate the time he took to try several colors and explain a few application techniques he used. He also introduced me to the stylists in the store that I needed to connect with. He made me feel valued as a customer. Many thanks!

Dante greeted me with a friendly hello and a smile. I felt welcomed. I asked him about shampoos and conditioners and he quickly called someone to assist me. I was in and out in about 6 minutes and even purchased a bronzer. Dante checked me out was so sweet with me as he complimented my dress and applied my credits and a discount to my purchase. I always love shopping at Ulta but today Dante made it extra special for me. 😊.

I stopped at Ulta today looking for my regular moisturizer from Clinique. Dante was there to help me find not just what I needed, but also provided great recommendations about other skin care products. Dante made shopping very easy for me. He was not pushy trying to make a sale, he was just extremely helpful and very polite. Wish every Ulta had a Dante!

I've been going to Katie in the salon for awhile and she is so so so amazing. She always makes my hair look so good and is super knowledgeable and willing to give me answers and suggestions that she thinks will work best for my hair. I could not possibly be more satisfied with every service and I will be coming back for her forever!

Every business should have an employee like Dante. He greets customers with a smile and good attitude. He assisted my sisters, mother and me, explained everything to us and recommended what we should use.

Dante was amazing! He was able to match my foundation perfectly by just looking at me. He took the time to make sure all the products I needed matched my skin tone perfectly. You can tell he’s an amazing makeup artist.

I had a great experience at this store with Kathy! Concealer is the holy grail to my makeup routine but I’m always looking for a different one to try and struggle with matching my shade correctly. Kathy recommended me a tarte concealer that matched me perfectly and under eye cream. She showed me how to apply it to my face correctly and it looked amazing!

Today, I came into Ulta and received the best customer service I’ve had in a while. The makeup artist Yasmin was very attentive and informative of the products. Whilst keeping a welcoming energy. A ten out of ten experience will be visiting again!!

My first time at this location and Dante and Giovanni were amazing! Both of them helped me pick out foundation, concealer and moisturizer. They took the time to educate me on the importance of skin care. Dante basically looked at me and picked out my foundation once he actually applied it to my skin it was a match. Their customer service and knowledge is unmatched. Thank you for providing such a nice experience and thank you for taking such good care of me during this visit. See you next time!

I was very satisfied with the service at this Ulta. The associate Yasmin was very helpful and informative! She shade matched me perfectly and I was able to get the product I wanted per her recommendation! She was also very friendly! I left today extremely happy with my purchase!!

Dante, Janice, and Jomarie are literally angels!! They all helped us for about two hours in the store helping me and my friends find the best products for our face! I drove all the way from Lake Nona just because of how nice they treat us and actually recommend products. Definitely give this Ulta and employees a try, you won’t regret it!!

I can't recommend Marilyn enough! She is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. When I asked for a specific style, she nailed it perfectly for both me and my sisters. Her attention to detail and skill are unmatched. Plus, she is so kind and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you, Marilyn, for making us look fabulous!
