Purchased a new desk chair for my home office about a month ago. The staff was friendly and professional. The chair had to be ordered. But then they assembled it at the store and called me once it was ready for pick up. Will go back for future office needs.

Walked in less than an hour before closing, I was well greeted and served well. Jordan took his time to guide me through how to print a copy directly from my phone. Thanks for saving old timer’s time. Coming back to buy a new printer that is WiFi ready.

Excellent service! I work remotely and needed some printer ink quickly. I was able to place an order for ink and other supplies for 1 hour pickup. The order was ready right on time and they made the process go so smoothly. I was able to run in, grab my order and get back to work in no time at all. Thank you, Staples team!

Another fantastic experience at my local Staples. A few weeks back the manager was super helpful with a printer I had purchased through Staples online. Today the sales associate help with the new Staples Connect app to make sure I am getting the weekly sales without the emails!! No more online office supply shopping for me.

My beloved grandmother passed and in 2 hours I needed 200 copies of her funerals pamphlet and this store delivered… hanan was here by herself and took care of it - can’t thank her enough and I hope management gives her a pay raise because she managed to help us and other patrons by herself

My daughter needed business cards last minute, so the night before, I sent them to Staples for print. The next day I needed to make a change before the cards were to be printed. I called the store at 8a and held for about 10 minutes; after three other calls with no answer, I went to the store and found out they opened at 9a and the hours noted online were inaccurate. Then to learn, the Copy & Print Center associate called in. I needed these cards, and the Tech Support Assistant - Marc, assisted me. This was not his field, and he joked through this learning process. What Marc was not able to do, the GM Ali stepped up and assisted Marc. It showed Ali will step in and support his store associates in all ways. Thank you Marc and Ali for saving the day and for your professionalism.

I found the item I needed and was helped with bringing it to the front of the store. Also the printing services staff was very helpful!

Quan is the MVP. He helped me get my print job done so quickly and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process!! By far the best person to work with at this location!

I was in a rush to get something printed, and the woman employee at the print center was wonderful. She quickly, and kindly helped the number of us that all needed her assistance at the same time. I can't say that I've had such excellent customer service when checking out at the main register in the past, but the print center is great!

Went into the store to get my print order printed, founded out it takes couple of hours to go through. Nonetheless, Karen, the sales rep provided me with multiple solutions to get my printing jobs done. While attentively helping other customer as the store was closing in a couple of minutes.

While browsing the selection of portable chargers for electronic devices, one of the Best Buy staff approached me and another customer also browsing the same products and inquired if we needed any help or had any questions. The attention and assistance provided was appreciated by both myself and the other customer.

I called the 17 of march to get some obituaries done I just lost my sister at 37 yr old the young lady said she would do them even though it was last minute. When I got there she was very helpful and the manger there was unbelievable great they help me in so many ways I was going through alot and the manager comfort me .and said a prayer with me . The store had closed and they stayed and finish them for me the funeral was the next day march 18.2016.they were beautiful and I want to say thank you so much for all your help..

I have been a customer of this Staples since it opened in Springfield VA. In August 2021 I discovered that in addition to accepting donations of computer equipment Staples will accept computer monitors at no charge. My husband and I have been happy customers of this branch of Staples.

I had the best experience at this staples! Becky went above and beyond to help me in printing services. I look forward to visiting this location again soon!
