Awesome local children's store! We went to look at the uppababy vista 2 carriage. They had one on display with all the color swatches to choose from. The sales person was very helpful and we ordered one. I appreciate local shops and will definitely shop there again.

As a new mom, who moved from NYC, I was very excited to hear about this store through family and friends. However, I am very disappointed in the salesmanship at this location. I’ve gone in multiple times, giving it a chance but the two woman working there are extremely unwelcoming and not helpful. I will not step foot at this location again.

Bought a pair of sneakers for my son he loved them so much I went back to buy a second pair (same exact sneaker) The fit though was not at all the same it was much more narrow and they hurt his foot so much I actually had to bring the other pair to school for him. So the very next day went back into Teddy Bearskins explaining the situation and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME, as a matter of fact they told me I should fill ice in bags and put the sneakers in the freezer. They even showed me another sneaker same brand different color and it clearly looked bigger yet they wouldn’t swap it out. I will never shop here again, worst customer service ever not to mention how rude they were. I will take my business elesewhere.

Wow. Some of the rudest sales women I have ever come in contact with. As someone who has worked in sales/customer service for 6 years, these women are the absolute perfect example of how NOT to act. I felt like a bother in their store with my 11 month old daughter. How could we feel so out of place in a CHILDREN'S store?! I was walked by numerous times without anyone even lifting an eyebrow to acknowledge me. When I was being rung up (yes, I purchased two things, even though I should have walked right out of the store!!) my daughter was smiling and waving and saying "hi" to the sales woman and she completely ignored her. I posted a similar review on my instagram stories and FIVE people messaged me and said they had the same experience. I will never understand how businesses survive with customer service like this. Not that they seem to care, but it's safe to say they lost a client today. I will never go back.

Somewhat relieved to see that others also felt how rude the salespeople are at this store. I thought they hated me, and I was wondering if it was due to my appearance or accent. The look the salesperson gave me when I told her I was looking for gift ideas for a newborn girl, made me ask her “would that be okay?”

This store may have rudest sales person I ever met. I keep giving the store a chance because I like what they sell. Time after time, I am treated the same way . After this past experience, I don’t care how much I like the stuff, I’ll never step foot in there again. There is one particular salesperson , who never acknowledges me when I walk in, and when I have a question she gives me such a rude response, and basically talks down to me.

We visited the East Greenwich location. The staff was extremely rude and impatient. We were browsing and observed staff rolling their eyes and questioning why were even in the store if we didn’t plan on buying anything. Very unprofessional.
