My B2B account started off very rocky with my account not connecting, but I called the Costa Mesa, CA store and placed my order with Cathy with my Member ID and it was a breeze. She was super efficient and professional. I was done in 5 minutes! Now I hope the deliveries go just as seamless.

When you're tired of online shopping and want a great retail experience, head on over to Rejuvenation in Costa Mesa. Some things you just need to see and feel in person. How bright is the lamp? What's the fabric feel like? Does my butt fit on this chair? Albert was a big help in-store, and later on the phone when I had additional questions. Go have yourself a wander around the store.

After remodeling my entire house, the one person who displayed the BEST customer service is Megan in Costa Mesa. She always says, I’ll take care of it! Their products are stunning and I would highly recommend Rejuvenation!

I'm a newly minted trade professional and the store asked me to order through them directly so they would get credit. I've done it for multiple items so they'd get the credit. During my last order, the store rep offered to ship from multiple nearby stores instead of the warehouse to get my items quicker. I accepted this, not realizing I would be charged for EACH shipment. A $24 cabinet knob cost me $7.99 in shipping! This happened twice, plus $28.45 shipping for $192.00 worth of 8 other knobs. The store rep I was working with didn't want to help me, so she passed me off to trade customer service who was extremely rude. I'm done ordering from Rejuvenation and will find another company to work with.

We found the lighting fixture we wanted in the store, but we had to go home to measure the dining room ceiling. The store asked us to call back and order through the store so they would get credit, which we were happy to do and did on October 13, 2023.

When the fixture arrived, it was missing a down-rod. We called customer service, and they said a part was being sent. When we noticed the part never arrived, we called to see where the part was. Customer service told us, without explanation, that the shipment was cancelled and a whole new fixture would be shipped. That was in early December 2023. The fixture was to arrive in the beginning of January 2024. It did not arrive.

When we called about the fixture, they assured us it would arrive by the end of January. It did not arrive.

On February 2, 2024, we drove into Costa Mesa from Palm Springs and returned the defective fixture to the store. They would not return our money because they said the second fixture was in transit. Once the fixture arrived and we returned the second fixture, they would credit us. They said the second fixture would arrive between February 2 and 5, 2024. It did not.

By February 10, 2024, the second fixture still had not arrived. We called the store. The clerk could not figure out how they had messed up so badly and had corporate call us.

After a half an hour on the phone with corporate, they tried to send us a third fixture because God only knew where the second one was. At that point, we got finally got our money back.

If you'd like to experience a situation like this, buy something from Rejuvenation.

My recent visit to Rejuvenation in Costa Mesa was an absolute nightmare. My husband and I, accompanied by our 8-month-old daughter and 2-year-old son, walked into the store expecting a pleasant shopping experience, but instead, we were met with judgmental stares and disrespectful behavior from the staff.

As any parent knows, young children can sometimes become restless, and that's exactly what happened with our toddlers. From the moment we entered the store, the three associates working there made it clear that they disapproved of our kids being present. Their constant glares and bad looks only added to the already challenging situation we were facing. At one point I got extremely uncomfortable when I noticed the glares the employee Albert was giving my 2 year old son. A glare of what I think a predator would look like.

To make matters worse, when we finally managed to find the items we needed, that same employee, Albert engaged in a heated argument with my husband, Jerry. Instead of showing understanding or offering assistance, Albert had the audacity to insult us as parents and claim that our kids had no manners. My husband calmly explained that they were just toddlers and were naturally restless. However, Albert's response was shockingly insensitive, saying that it was our choice to have children, so we should handle it. Proceeds to saying this is exactly why I don't have children, it's a choice so handle your kids and teach them manners.

At that point, we had had enough. We left all the items we intended to purchase on the counter, attempting to salvage what little dignity we had left. As new parents struggling to navigate the challenges of raising two young children, it was incredibly disheartening to be treated in such a degrading manner by an employee of a retail store.

I sincerely hope that the management takes this incident seriously and takes appropriate action. No paying customer should ever have to endure such disrespectful treatment, especially when it comes to something as natural as children being restless. Albert's behavior was not only unprofessional but also reflective of the store's poor customer service standards. After reviewing all the negative reviews on their Yelp page is clearly all makes sense.

I strongly urge potential customers to think twice before visiting Rejuvenation in Costa Mesa. Our experience was not only embarrassing but also completely mortifying. It is essential for businesses to value their customers and provide a welcoming environment for all. Sadly, Rejuvenation failed miserably in this regard, leaving me with a deep sense of disappointment and humiliation.

For a high-end retailer Rejuvenation has archaic technical systems. Waited 3+ months for a replacement for an Eastmoreland shade because the one we received has 2 significant scratches.

Every support person we spoke to gave a different answer. We called 3+ times to change the shipping address. Guess what? That just shipped out the item (again 3+ months late and it wasn't even on backorder) to the wrong address. I have no hope that I'll actually be able to resolve this issue with support because they aren't equipped with the tools or knowledge to make things right.

This review isn't specific to the Costa Mesa location but instead the company as a whole. Rejuvenation is a joke, there's no excuse for such poor communication and inability to assist for a retailer at this price point.

Purchased the rock creek 4 inch house numbers in flat black for a hefty price of $40 per number. After installation, the numbers started to appear like they were flaking but they were not. Almost looked like the protective plastic film they place on products was bubbling up or peeling off except there was no plastic film.

Sub par quality, horrible customer service, and premium pricing. These ingredients will accelerate BK filing. Good luck surviving.

Notified customer service and had a horrible experience. They offered no solutions but 15% off. After multiple requests to escalate our case, we finally had them sent replacements. It’s been 3-4 months and we have only received 3 of 5 numbers. Hope the same thing does not happens again but I feel it will.

We had the absolute worst experience buying a sofa/sleeper from Rejuvenation. First I was told by the salesman at the Costa Mesa store that my credit card would not be charged until they actually shipped the $3k sofa from the East coast. Well, my credit card was charged immediately. After a month of waiting, they then delivered the wrong sofa. Ugh. After another month, they then delivered the wrong sofa again. So twice they sent us the wrong sofa and held my money the entire time! They finally figured out that the sofa was no longer available. Complete waste of time and money. Despite how frustrating and stressful the situation has been, Rejuvenation management had no urgency in resolving the problem. Had to deal with a number of different people. And, after all this, they offered me a 10% discount if I bought another sofa from them. Ha, Ha ... not going to happen. How insulting. Will never do business with them again.
