CVS

Agree that this CVS is chronically understaffed but the people who are there work very hard, are always polite and I'm grateful they stick it out. They're a pharmacy and I'm often dismayed at how people treat the staff who are clearly working at capacity. Hopefully CVS invests a bit more in the pharmacy staff but if you get your stuff into them on a timely basis they will get you what you need.

I had a great experience getting a COVID test at this location. My appointment was scheduled at 4:50pm. I rolled up to the drive-thru at 4:45 with two cars in front of me. Within 5 minutes I was greeted by a helpful pharmacist and 5 minutes later I was on my way. Not sure if only the patrons who had bad experiences took the time to review, so I felt compelled to share my positive one.

Even though I arrived close to the 1:30 break, service was quick and helpful.

Great experience getting the Covid vaccine here. Organized.

Your average CVS but with awesome staff.

I give the staff 5 stars. They are always outgoing, smiling, and funny! But the pharmacist are rude and always having attitude. I switched pharmacies two weeks ago since this CVS is super close to me. Biggest mistake. The guy didn’t know anything about health insurances. He gave me someone else's Meds and Took 10 mins to find my medicine and get my last name right. After those two times I’m now going back to my old pharmacy.

Used be a 5 but lack of full shelves is making the score drop.

Truly awful experience getting my flu/Covid shot here. Came in for a 12:00pm appointment and wasn't taken until after 12:40. Despite the long line of people waiting for their appointments, the tech administering vaccines spent over 15 minutes making additional small talk with a couple after giving them their shots. No consideration for the line of people waiting. While this store is convenient to me, I won't be returning.

CVS - don’t let your ice cream melt and definitely don’t let it melt when the container is sitting on its side.

The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever used. They are beyond slow and do not take any time to look up pending orders. The pharmacy consistently opens late. Lost a long time CVS customer because of this branch.

I just read through all the reviews and I couldn’t agree more with the critical feedback. I too have been to many CVS pharmacies over the years and this one is different. Every time I walk in or call for a prescription I know it’s going to be an adventure. Things that normally take 2 minutes take 20 minutes. The staff are always confused and overwhelmed. Many times I’ll be standing at the counter for 10 minutes while a pharmacist is filling bags with TRxs and he or she won’t acknowledge me. I know it’s hard to find good help these days. But something needs to be done. I moved one of my scripts to CVS in Cochituate, and would like to do the same for others even though it’s a long drive. It’s pretty maddening.

I had to use the restroom at this CVS and after using it, I wish I never did. The women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The inside of the toilet seat was orange/brown, it looked like dried urine. Ants were crawling out of the bottom/base of the toilet, which I didn't notice until after using the toilet. If the restroom is in this bad of shape, then you can imagine how bad the store is.

recently was prescribed a med necessary to lower risk of stroke. although the prescription was approved by insurance their system said it was waiting for approval. I had to visit in person twice over a week's time for them to correct the error. they are obviously overworked but they also actively cover up their shortcomings, this is not a pharmacy you should trust with your health

I tried to schedule a COVID vaccination appointment at this location, but the CVS system was having issues and somehow made the appointment for a different location I'd never heard of. The woman at the counter of this location refused to help. She said I needed to call and cancel the other appointment. I spent 30 minutes on hold and when I asked if she could help me get through to someone, she refused and started shouting that "YOU need to cancel it". She was so rude and with no effort to help me resolve the situation the only thing I could do was drive over an hour to the location I had NOT selected. Of all the times to help someone out, you would think a pharmacist would help someone get vaccinated during a pandemic. I was there trying to do the right thing and this woman (along with the rest of her cliquish staff) went above and beyond to discourage me.
