T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I cannot recommend this store more highly. I walked in frustrated with the over the phone T-Mobile onboarding process. I walked out completely happy with T-Mobile. Keith was the main person who helped me but Jamie and Aaron also stepped up. I was there for 2 hours, and never once did anyone act like my issue was taking too long or that I deserved anything other than top-level customer care. While I was there I was able to observe the team's interactions with other customers, some of whom did not come with their best attitudes. The service providers were unfailingly courteous, friendly, and good at their jobs. Like me, the customers who walked in grouchy and suspicious walked out happy.

We had an exceptional customer service experience at this store. We were at the store several times to set up our family's T-Mobile accounts (switching from a different carrier) and receive new iphones. I am not a tech-savvy personal at all, and had alot of questions and was overwhelmed by all of the steps that needed to be taken for this transiton/purchase process. Jaime--and also Keith and Aaron--were very helpful, reassuring and patient walking us through the whole process and answering our many questions and even helping us install the apps and set up a paper billing request with T Mobile. We really appreciated the time and care that this store's team gave to make sure that our needs were met. Thank you!

What a great T-Mobile store with fantastic employees. Jasmine and Jamie have helped me with several products and I always leave feeling blessed to have met them. They are kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Being a senior citizens they never let you feel challenged by the technology. They make you feel confident, but also encourage you to return with any questions or problems. When I have stopped back in it is like I am visiting two friends. I had fallen and broken my hip and for safety reasons needed a watch. They spent a great deal of time making sure I could operate it and were never impatient. I highly recommend this store and employees.

Stopped in here after leaving another location dissatisfied. We were welcomed by Jaime and he proceeded to answer our every question and explain everything thoroughly. He spent alot of time with us getting new phone up and running and made sure we were completely satisfied. This is not our local store but we will drive the extra distance for the excellent customer service Jaime provided!

Great experience with Jamie! He stayed on the phone with customer service for 3hours until my issue was resolved! While sitting in the store for three hours, I observed how all of the T-Mobile team interacts with the customers and I was impressed! The whole team working that day was super knowledgeable and patient with every issue that came about. Some of the customers on the hand were rude and intolerable, but they all kept a professional demeanor. Highly recommend this store!

Hands down the best t-mobile I been to, Jaime help me out more then I could have ever imagined with getting a new phone. Thanks Jaime.

My husband and I went to this store to change service from Verizon to T Mobile. Our experience was outstanding. Jamie helped my husband choose a new phone that was comparable to his older one and was very helpful in establishing him in transitioning to becoming a new customer. Jamie was very knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand. I am very pleased with this store and associate Jamie. Glad to be a TMobile customer!

The employees are terrific and always helpful. Particularly Aaron jamie Kevin. I hope I have all the names correct.

Went into Tmobile today in a rush because my phone froze and I couldn’t power it off. The associate working was able to power cycle my device and get it working again. Then noticed my screen protector was cracked and offered me a new one. I had insurance to cover it so I went ahead with it. Quickly they replaced my screen protector with a brand new one. I was very pleased with the whole interaction today. Thanks Guys!

This would have originally been a 1 star review. I changed it to a 5 star review because of one sole employee; Keith.

My siblings and I traded in our mint condition phones on a condition that we are old receive $200 per phone and it would be taken off the bill. After waiting, calling the store, calling corporate, calling the store; our issue basically fell to the way side.

I later found out that because of a shift in management and ownership, my issue got lost. At this time, it stared in February 2021 and it is now around September 2021. I called and Keith was put on. I mentioned how there was a log of the history and my attempts to get this rectified. He was wicked understanding and assured me he would get to the bottom of it.

Within a week, he rectified the situation. He provided the best possible customer service and he made sure the job got done. I appreciate all the work he did and he made some very upset customers very satisfied. He should be an example for this store! He changed my mind about the store and T Mobile in general. Thanks Keith!

Visited this location to purchase new phones and initiate new service. Was helped by Jaime who was very courteous and knowledgeable. He, along with the rest of the crew, were there to answer any and all questions we had. Very minimal wait time there. One of the best customer service experiences we've had since we've moved back to the USA. Thank you!

Jamie is the best at his job. He is honest about everything and made us feel very comfortable and informed about promotions and the best plans. He has a loyal customer in me and anytime I have questions or need a new phone I will go to him!

Jaime provided expertise and solid customer service when we bought a new Apple iPhone. A nice guy who wanted to make sure we had a good experience. He explained the phone and the pricing plan clearly. When setting up the phone and transferring data we didn't get, "Just a minute, I need to figure this out." Here is another one I didn't hear, "Oh, I haven't seen that before." What I did hear is, "Here is your new phone all set up and ready to go." The phone works perfectly.

David was extremely helpful. He spent extra time to explain every detail to us. He set up our new phone, completely, before we even left the store. This will be our new Sprint store from now on! We are super happy 😊

Jaime went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service! It made the experience of buying a new phone and picking a plan actually enjoyable!! I truly felt like he cared about what we wanted/needed instead of rushing to close the deal!

I went into this store today at 3pm. I was having a hard time with my current service provider, Verizon because the fees are very expensive. I was shocked by how helpful the team was. Maria, Jayson and Jaime were super informative and let me know I can get a great promotion by becoming a new customer. I am excited to be coming back to this location to do business with the sales reps.
