Sam behind the counter is the nicest shop operator you will meet and his right hand man (German Shepherd) provides a pleasant presence.

For over 10 years this has been my go to place to shop.

I grew up in the neighborhood, always appreciate small business owners. I felt somewhat guilty, was just looking to get an inexpensive pipe knowing full well Sam has the absolute best selection of hand blown glass artwork smoke devices in Sacramento.
Sam was the most gracious proprietor and I enjoyed speaking with him for quite a while. I highly recommend his store and will always recommend him. We need to protect small business owners like Sam.

This is a really good place to go to he always has everything that I need and if you're not sure what you want just explain to him your situation and he will gladly help you out.

Wild Zone is one of the best head shop's I have been to & Sammy is probably the coolest shop owner I have ever met! They have tons of epic handblown glass pipes & rigs from several different glass blowers, not to mention, top quality vape & dab products like Hunibadger, Volcano, Carta & PAX just to name a few. There is a wide selection of miscellaneous smoking accessories along with authentic RAW rolling products. Cigars, tobacco pipes & hooka products also. This place is definitely worth checking out if you're into quality heady glass or just need a pack of Raw's!

12/23/22 - I just left the shop. I was looking for a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. The owner Sam is one of the most personable individuals. I would recommend this shop. This is the only shop that I will give my money to from now on. I’m glad I found it.

The absolute best owner, he’s kind, respectful, and just all around pleasure to talk to when I’m there. They always have what I’m looking for. If your looking for anything that you can get at a smoke shop Sam probably has it. If you’re in Sacramento definitely stop by and see whats there you won’t be disappointed

Wild Zone is the best heady smoke shop in all of Sacramento county without a doubt. You can spend hours in the store just admiring all the beautiful American glass. The owner Sam has extensive glass knowledge, and will show you great customer service every time you walk through the door.

Sam is the best! Greatest smoke shop in the area hands down. Always get great and kind service from Sam and his pup. It’s temporarily closed for health issues so I hope you’re doing good Sam, looking forward to my next visit.

This hands down is the most friendly interaction I have had in any business. I have been going for months and not once have I been let down. Always has good prices and the best product. Owner really has his business run well and welcomes all.

The guy behind the counter deserves a huge raise and a break. He is absolutely amazing, all around! He has the best manors and an amazing selection..... He is honest, as well as one hard working indvidual, literally everyday.

My girlfriend and I buy stuff from here all the time and once she met him she made me switch to this smoke shop ONLY. Must shop here! Tried to tip him but he wouldn't accept it. So, I am posting here instead.

A really well run store with amazing selection. Sam has helped me pick out exactly what I needed with out being pushy on multiple occasions. Helped me purchase a great piece from him after looking for a long time and a mininail. Will be my go to store for high end glass.

Upon arrival, the shop looked very warm and welcoming. HUGE selection of glass. (which was my goal to investigate)
The man who worked there at the time, Sam, showed me the best customer service I've ever received in a smoke shop.
A true appreciator of the glass he sells, I was shown many beautiful pieces of art and I ended up purchasing a gorgeous glass pipe.
This will be my go-to shop from this point on.

First time shopper, will be back again! The owner is a fantastically interesting gentlemen, with a great shop. He has a huge selection and reasonable prices. I was the only customer in the shop but he left me alone at first to give me a chance to check everything out and then was incredibly helpful, when asked, to take a closer look at some pieces. He gave me a great deal on my purchase and I couldn't have left happier with the whole experience. I'll be sure and check here before purchasing anything in the future; well worth the drive!

Very easy to see why the best producers in the business all deal with the Wild Zone. Customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced Sam truly puts the customer first and it’s an honor to purchase anything from him. Will be back anytime I need anything. Glad to have found this gem!

Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice shop for kratom. Owner also sells nice variety of pipes cigars and other novelty items. Been to a lot of smoke shops all over sac and this place always gets my business because of the prices. He knows his product and very honest and straight forward.

The owner is the nicest man, and he has the best selection. I was looking for a downstem for my bong and had tried other places already and was told "oh that's too old, they dont make those anymore" more than once, I was in there and ask Sam if he had any, he walks over and pulls out a whole tray full! Amazing! And the prices can't be beat 😁

Love this place! Extremely helpful, I can't believe the inventory of glass, some of the most interesting pieces I've ever seen. Totally fair prices. Lots of other products as well. I recommend Wild Zone to everybody!
