My appointment was at 4 AM. They open exactly at 4 AM. got a dock immediately and I was able to get unloaded fairly quickly. It took me one hour and 30 minutes for everything. staff is professional and polite.

We were unloaded in an hour and a half. Maybe it was just luck, but everything was great. Without lumper.

5 am appointment time to unload 1 pallet. Done by 6. Lady on the intercom was nice and polite, and the lumpers were polite as well

Good people are working here. In and out in about an hour. No parking. $200 lumper fee for a few pallets.
