THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL. THE HELP ARE HELPFUL AND THE SELECTIONS ARE GREAT. IT WAS FUN JUST SHOPPING HERE AND I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

Pan Am泛美航空商店，這家店是在邁阿密椰林的Coco Walk〈可可窩〉商場裡面，滿特別的，裡面不只販賣商品，還有一些展示，當時的制服，機艙內的擺飾，還有影片撥放介紹，廚具櫃，有很多歷史收藏品，很特別！

Pan Am stuff, I guess you’d love this place if you’re into their brand.

Horrible experience with the blonde lady working there. You know who you are! We passed by there in the afternoon time Jan 8th. Anyhow this person was literally at the front door she looked at us up and down, was super rude and screamed at us for wanting to snap a picture of the mannequin in the front window, according to her we couldn't take pictures but honestly this was outrageous we wanted to go in shopping but declined after this sort of treatment to your customers, if you want to have a store this mean customer service should be your priority not your tantrum of exclusivity as if thus was a Gucci or Versace store. Awful experience zero stars miss Karen.

Worst shopping experience. They do NOT ALLOW returns only store credit. Which no other store in the are does (even thought that is what they told me). I went and asked three other stores if they accept returns and they do. Even with tags on and never worn. Also there is a parking lot near this store that GAUGES people for parking. I received a bill for $85 for 32 minutes.
