AT&T Store

This store was great the customer service was excellent! Employee set up my phone so efficiently and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions! I love my new iPhone 13!! I recommend this store!

Excellent customer service. Sanjay was very attentive and was very helpful. Wait time was minimal. He even gave us a courtesy call to make sure AT&T delivered the new phone and everything was good.

i bought a new unlocked phone ,, that needs a nano sim ,, ,but my old flipper phone is a standard sim AT&T prepaid.... so i stopped in to buy a nano sim .. well the store rep then just asked for my phone ,, took the std sim out and punch cut it to nano size sim ,, then put it in my new phone ,, tested it to make sure it worked .. and then did not charge me a cent ... Now that is customer service ,, that if I need any more service or need to purchase anything with AT&T ,,, i will definitely come here. .. Thanks again to this AT&T store .. ,,

Blink and you will miss this place but smaller is definitely better because the salesman had plenty of time to give me personal attention. Was a very pleasant experience.
