AT&T Store

I received phenomenal service at this location. I went in having trouble with my SIM card and they helped me right away. When I had to momentarily leave to pick up my little sister they gave me a spare phone to take with me for emergencies since they were transferring things from my old phone to my new one. They worked with me with every problem we encountered and made me feel very welcomed. I definitely recommend stopping by here for help or great service

Went in to add a new line and purchase a new phone for my daughter. I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Your rep was by herself and handled her prior customer we ease. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and she was awesome. She help us change our plan to accommodate us and was very knowledgeable! I give her a 10 out of 10!!!

The At&t service on the phone was incredibly disappointing. They did not help me at all and the phone records of my recent calls were completely different on their end and were charging me an upwards of $145 fee of which I had proof we’re not my responsibility. I got off the phone and immediately went to my nearest store in hopes of showing them my call logs and explaining my situation. The store manager in charge listened to my situation and saw my call logs and credited me the money that I was Over-charged. He also helped me set up an in- home wireless service that would be a faster service and save me money. I left the store feeling heard and validated that my phone conversation did unfortunately did not serve. I have been with AT&T for about 20 years and do not need to stay any longer. But after my in-house experience at the store, I will stay for a while longer. They were great. :)))

Went in today for iPhone 15 a guy name nog I’m sure I’m spelling his name wrong but he new and he was extremely helping to me and my son.

I switched over from Sprint and I have no regrets! The rep was incredible with meeting my needs and efficient! I look forward to being apart of the AT&T family for years to come!

The staff was great, especially since they were short staffed. The manager Carrisa was a tremendous help and customer service was great...will go back to that store

I open my Bussiness account of 10 lines with att at this location switching from Tmobile since I had the worst service on both side network and customer service. Naz helped me out and gave me what I really need and gave my all the promotion I'm paying $40 each line unlimited and got 10 iPhones x max buy one and $700 off on the 2nd line.
So far the service way better then what I had.

Shaz and his team are very helpful. They are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I came in with a lot of questions regarding, the Samsung note cellphone and everything was answered. This store has great customer service.

So I wanted to share a data plan for two phones and AT&T had great service! I got it done in under five minutes and the data works very well! (It’s unlimited to) I would recommend AT&T to others! 🙂

Great people, I really enjoy the patience of the employees. They help me transfer stuff to my phone and showed me how to use it and I get all my questions answered!
