Just a quick shout out for a job well done! I purchased a few things online from an auction house nearby and had the Mt. Kisco store pick up my items and then package and subsequently, ship them to me. One of the items was a 15 inch tall porcelain figure that was very valuable. These folks went above and beyond wrapping and then re-enforcing that wrapping with bubble wrap the figurine. Everything arrived today in pristine order. Thank you for caring about what you do!

I go here a lot to return Amazon packages. They were always pretty good but idk if they got new management and staff but now they are SUPER quick, friendly and on top of it it’s quite impressive! Great work and thanks for making it always a pleasant speedy experience!

Since Rachel and Randy purchased the UPS Store in Mt Kisco the service has improved exponentially. They go above and beyond. When my car would not start outside the store today, Randy helped me jump it. So appreciative of their caring attitude.

My mom and I were just there today, and we did not expect such wonderful and friendly service! After years of dreading this location due to horrid and rude management from previous owners, the new owner AJ completely did a 360 with this store, prompting me and my mom to definitely return again! Also, love the blue uniforms as it brings such a lively and friendly aura to the store and its employees. Know AJ and his wife Rachel recently took ownership a few months ago, so hoping this positive review will help with the previous negatives ones that the poor new owners will have to deal with based on the old owners’ horrible behavior. Can’t wait to return for all shipping needs thanks to AJ + Rachel!

The most incredibly helpful staff.

I had an internationally bound package, and the receiver had a difficult time figuring out customs/how to receive their package. There were many phone calls to customs, back-and-forth between domestic UPS and their international arm, etc. In short, it was a logistical nightmare.

The employees at UPS Mount Kisco were tireless, and worked so hard working with corporate and their international partners to ensure that the package arrived. They likely spent close to five hours on the phone, on my behalf.

This store has definitely earned my loyalty. Deeply impressed and grateful!

The lady that helped me was friendly and personable. I’ve been to other ups drop and I’ve never felt like the person on the other side wanted to talk, make conversation and even connect, here It was different. I will make sure to keep using this location in the future

The store is always clean and neat even when they have a ton of boxes. Every single
Employee i’ve worked with (3 or 4 of them) has been extremely informative, patient, and just all around extremely friendly. I dont think i have ever reviewed a company before but this store and its employees absolutely deserve the praise.

New owners have completely turned this store around. Super friendly and efficient. Ignore reviews that are more than a few months old. It's a totally different store now.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel and her team at the UPS store in Mount Kisco for shipping an online purchase to me in Pennsylvania. From start to finish, the service was impeccable.

I purchased this vintage item from a seller near Mount Kisco and wanted to make sure it was packaged securely for shipping. After reaching out to Rachel, she made the entire process seamless. I even arranged for a Lyft driver to drop off the item at their store. They were very accommodating, ensuring the package was up to UPS standards.

Rachel was extremely proactive with her communication. She informed me of every step they took, from the packaging to the shipping charges. They went above and beyond by double-checking the packaging and making sure I was notified via email for tracking and shipping alerts.

I was especially impressed by the speed of their service. My package arrived the very next day in perfect condition, which is a testament to the care and attention they give to their customers' needs.

If you’re in or around Mount Kisco and have any shipping needs, I can’t recommend Rachel and her team at this UPS store highly enough. Their professionalism, efficiency, and superb customer service make them stand out.

This place was great!! Reviews were poor, but that is under previous ownership. I needed a notary, so went in after calling. They were friendly, helpful and efficient!! I commented on the reviews, and they said they had only owned it a couple of months. I definitely recommend!!
