I used to visit this location and the experience would be sub-par, OR no one would be at the front desk for LONG periods of time. That has changed in the last few months and I’ve been having great experiences. The staff is courteous and helpful and Heba especially is always extremely pleasant and a wealth of knowledge. Even tho I live past Madison, this has become my favorite GNC location 👍🏽👍🏽

Best customer service I've ever had in a GNC. Each time I go into this location, the employee is always courteous, helpful, and wants my business. Yesterday, the manager was very helpful: receipt says Scruggs. I had several coupons to increase my points...I'm a member. The register didn't give me all the points I should have received. The manager caught it & called corporate. The customer service agent at corporate sounded like she could care less. But the store manager kept insisting that I was owed these points. I want to thank her again! She went above & beyond what service one usually gets in any place of business. Thank You!! It's why I drive from Madison to this location--awesome employees!!

Outstanding customer service today! The woman who was working helped me set up auto delivery for my casein pm and informed me of the 10% that goes along with auto delivery which I knew nothing about. Also offered to put in special order for the casein flavor I was looking for since they were out. Thank you!

I ALWAYS walk out with more knowledge than when I walked in! Staff is EXTREMELY helpful! I go out of my way to go here because I love th atmosphere, service, and th fact I'm never pushed on a sale. They know what they're talking about.

Quality and selection. Knowledgeable and helpful employees. I'm trying to get my body to look like an ox yoked to a plow in the hot colonial sun. This is where I get my protein mixes and pre workout.
