Pete and Cowboy, the installers, were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were truly impressive. They took the time to ensure every aspect of the installation was perfect and left our kitchen looking stunning. We had a great experience with the Konkus team for our new kitchen countertops. From Amber at the showroom to the field measurement process and the final installation, everyone was professional and communicated the process clearly to us. There was no pressure to upsell us on a pricier stone selection and we were guided to a few options that worked within our budget. We couldn't be happier with the final result and strongly recommend the Konkus team.

We just had our kitchen and master bathroom transformed by Konkus. We absolutely love the Dolomite and Granite that we hand selected from the Konkus showroom. Zach was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process so easy!
Once we made the decision on materials, it wasn’t long before someone came out to our home to take the final measurements. We headed back to the showroom to finalize the layout/template and just a week later the installation was complete!

This process was great from start to finish. Zach helped us find just what we needed given we had done things backward and already purchased tile for the backsplash. Being able to see the layout for where the veins would be before cutting was nice and the tear out of the old counters and installation of the new ones was easy. Highly recommend!

I could not recommend Konkus more!!! From the front desk, to the sales team (we worked with Lane), to the layout (Mike), to the installers (Pete and Dustin), they are all WONDERFUL!!!! I’m extremely particular and this company absolutely exceeded my expectations. They are all so kind and helpful! I changed my mind in what I wanted several times and Lane was so helpful and kept adjusting our quote. The minimal seams there are in our counters, you can’t even see because the installers Pete and Dustin did such an amazing job!!! And Mike lined up the waterfall edge PERFECTLY!! I’ve worked with several contractors and this entire team is by far the best!!!! 100% worth the money!!

Our kitchen was the second job that we have used Konkus for and I could not recommend them more highly. They have an incredible selection of materials and a very knowledgeable staff to walk you though it all. The process of measuring is extremely precise so when install rolls around it goes very smoothly. Their people at every level are very professional as well. Most importantly, both projects turned out beautifully!

If you need natural stone countertops then look no further! Great staff, professional, and friendly. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Gary was my sales associate and he did a great job helping me out with the whole process. They did a great job installing, very professional. It snowed the night before and they shoveled part of our driveway and salted. They kept the house very clean. Highly recommend them for your next counter top job.

How does Konkus compare against others, like LangStone, Distinctive Marble and Granite (DMG) in Plaint City or Distinctive by CMH Airport?
> THey all have similar techniques. Machines, etc.
> LangStone only works on new installs. So forget about them if you have a bathroom remodel (remove and replace). Konkus could handle new or remodel. No stupid "removal waivers".
> Konkus people make a difference, from the moment you call.
> Konkus does not take all (100%) of your hard earned money upfront - before shipment like DMG. Konkus collects the final balance upon a successful installation - a critical milestone.
> Konkus does not solicit customer to write reviews. It took me 2 yrs to find time to write a review. No pressure. Do it when you feel like. But some competitors with less years in business have 3x more reviews, because their "inflate the number & ratings" by soliciting ("nudging") customer to do that (Google actually prohibits such practice per their T&C, but some sly folks slip through the cracks here).
> Konkus owners care about customers, and shops' reputation and it spreads down to the team. Vs. Mngt of few other shops had shown to have an arrogant or "do not care" attitude.
> Konkus did not penny pinch our company on cash vs. credit card. Others charge 3.5% fee for CC use.

Get yourself a full list of questions when choosing a fabricator.
Do not fall for ratings of 4.9 and TOP PICK awards, do your face to face comparison, ask for recommendations.

I'd recommend Konkus for any size project - big new install or a small remodel, and a couple of other smaller fabricators, who care, like CNC Granite or Wallstone. Thanks. Hope it helped.

I will have to say that everyone from the show room and to are Sales Rep (Ross Alexander). From templating to installation was done timely and professionally. Konkus Marble & Granite communicates well and has an excellent product. As you can see, we are still under construction.

Konkus selection of stone was exceptional. Lane was awesome to work with and she was so helpful in helping us pick out the perfect countertop of our newly remodeled kitchen. At our layout review meeting, they really made sure that we got the best design to help maximize the beauty of our stone. Installation was seamless and they worked skillfully! My husband and I have been working on a bathroom renovation and needed some small granite pieces to finish the project. Konkus was the third and final granite place I visited. Within 20 minutes, I was met by Zach, walked through the warehouse, and selected a piece that was perfect for our project, all because Zach listened to what I wanted. I didn't have to pick from remnants, and Konkus had fair pricing. Within 5 days I was able to pick up my pieces. In fact, I met at the front counter by Zach, and he personally help load my pieces into my car. I HIGHLY recommend Konkus for any large or small project.

I recently shopped at Konkus Marble and Granite looking for countertop stone. My wife and I received a friendly welcome as soon as we arrived. We talked with the expert, professional sales associate describing what we had in mind who then took us to their abundant stone slab area where we could see and visualize how the selections we liked would appear in our countertop. We found a selection we love and it's been fabricated and installed. Konkus is one stop shopping because we are also getting a new Kitchen sink from them! The installation was perfect and we LOVE our new granite top! They receive my highest recommendation.
