I was looking for some football gear in store but since it's not in season it was in the back. Elizabeth and JD not only found me multiple options but also fitted me for my gear perfectly. JD was super knowledgeable and helpful. I would give 6 stars if I could. Stay awesome y'all!

I came in to exchange a pair of shoes and ended up getting a couple extra pairs.
It was pretty busy but thanks to the great attitude and hard work of the associate, Dylan, things went super smooth. I had to take a min and make sure that Dylan knew how much I appreciated his ability to juggle so many customers with what looked like ease!

Matt in golf, Deuce and Ryan the managers, and violet up front and manning the phones knocked it out of the park the other day. They deserve a raise and some extra PTO!
Ordered a brand new set of clubs for the wife and they came missing a 7i and 9i, but also with two Ps. Go figure.
Messaged online and they said to go to store. Was mildly disappointed but had golf trip the next day, so went to store. When I got there, violet directed me to Matt in golf. Unable to find an exact match, he was able to find a similar set at the price point that looked close enough, too.
Deuce and Ryan provided the manager approval and made it super easy. Matt was the "quarterback" who led from start to finish and ensured we were made whole, as customers.
Overall very pleased with the autonomy provided to this team to do the right thing for all parties. Kudos.

I went in on the Saturday after Black Friday so to say it was busy is an understatement. Peter took the time to walk me around to check all the items off my Christmas list. I was also here to pick up a bicycle that is going to be donated to charity. Carlos in the bike department was awesome.

Went to this location to buy athletic shoes, and was helped by the absolute best shoe salesperson ever! Xavier knew absolutely everything about the various brands (bought Hoka’s) and was beyond patient and polite. Will only come here from now on for athletic shoes!

Had a great experience at this dicks sporting goods. Shop here somewhat frequently and find the staff to typically be very helpful. We we're greated by a staff member at the bottom of the escalator and quickly pointed in the direction we needed to go for our items.

Felipe (I think that was his name) in shoes was INCREDIBLE! We came in Monday evening at like 8:00pm and was totally patient with us and didn’t seem to rush us out. He helped my son feel comfortable with the gear to try a new sport and definitely on “my side” when my son was displaying typical pre teen angst. He played rock paper scissors with him and explained the importance of physical fitness. Can’t say thank you enough to this angel in the shoe department!

Luke in the shoe department is a wonderful guy. The store was very busy for 2 days after Christmas, and he was running around to help everyone. He was attentive and caring. I really appreciate his focus and his positive attitude. Retail is hard work. You're doing a great job! 🎅🤗

Kaleb in the footwear department is absolutely incredible! He was very patient, courteous, and knowledgeable helping me find the right Hokas I needed!

Came to pick up online order for river tubes and cancel my other order. Marcus was very friendly and made the process very easy. Would recommend 100% to go to this store.

Wow! What a difference! The customer service at the store has improved by leaps and bounds. I've been there before and thought I would never go back. However, I gave him another shot and I'm so glad I did! The employees were all so helpful and willing to go out of the way for their customers. Now, I will be back!

Shopping with my son for baseball gear yesterday was one of the best experiences I have had at a sporting goods store in my life. We did not have an established budget in mind but I am aware that some sports items can certainly graduate in price level fairly quickly. I should prelude this review in saying that we stopped into the store a few days ago and selected a baseball bat while in a hurry; and we were not sure that we had selected the proper bat on the first attempt. Upon returning to the store to potentially exchange the bat, (or confirm that we already had the correct bat) we first got the thumb's up from the clerk/store manager when we walked in that a return or exchange was no problem----and that they would still honor the 20% coupon that was given by the local Little League (even though the coupon had expired on the day we originally bought our first bat). This was greatly appreciated as a parent because I wanted the correct bat for my son regardless of whether or not the discount would be applied, or if I had to spend a few more dollars. In my opinion, having improper sports equipment can make the difference of a kid being excited and doing well, or being frustrated and struggling with a sport.

The associate that made all the difference for us was Joe in the baseball department. Joe took every opportunity to explain to us the positives and negatives of baseball bats that they had available and we selected several to test at the in-store batting cage. Clearly Joe had played a ton of baseball in his life and we were the recipients of his knowledge and experience. Without any reservation in doing so, Joe patiently gave tips and advice as my son tested no less than 6 bats over the course of 30-45 minutes before making a final decision.

I was so impressed with Joe (and certainly wanted to take advantage of having a true expert that gave honest answers to us) that we ended up purchasing a few more items while we were at the store.

I have played many sports while growing up and understand the benefits of being so excited to play that you literally eat, sleep, and dream about practicing or playing in your next game. From the experience that I have (I am still close friends with many teammates from twenty years ago or more), I know that these years are irreplaceable.....and yes, part of that means having the proper sports equipment that fits correctly and is of reasonable quality or better.

Obviously a better bat or more expensive bat (prices can get crazy for kids bats these days!) doesn't make a better player or buy you any home runs. Part of me even feels that it is better to struggle with novice equipment until you "earn" better equipment........but as a parent and as someone that knows that feeling of being soooo excited to play a sport--- I know that there is no replacement for passion. The new gear did not give my already excited son anything he did not already have internally, but it did give him that extra sparkle in his eye that will help against what otherwise might be an intimidating pitcher:) Thanks so much for all the time and patience Joe! Your efforts will benefit my son all season--

PS--Only when a product or service has been so outstanding that I am absolutely blown-away, do I take the time to write a review. It has been roughly one year since writing my last review---hats off to you sir.

Found all of our camping stuff at a good price. Tre, joe, and J we’re super helpful and had a great knowledge about sleeping bags. Great experience!!!

I called this store after having poor customer service with my local store and they were able to quickly and efficiently answer my question about their inventory despite not having the product I was looking for in stock.

Unusually excellent service. Lots of retail stores have pretty standard policies and service. At our visit, our associate Emily was very helpful and informative. Likewise the manager Jason went out of his way to help us with fixing a confusion about a buy one, get one pair discounted offer. It was clear the priority was a smooth and pleasant experience, and it was refreshing. Good people.

This is the second time in a week I've had an excellent customer service experience at a Dick's Sporting Goods store. If this is their normal customer service moving forward then I will go out of my way to shop at their stores when I can. Friendly and helpful people.

The customer service at this location was outstanding! I live almost an hour from this location however it was the closest store with the specific item I was needing. I wanted kayaks in a specific color that the area stores did not have in stock. I called the store to verify that they did indeed have the specific kayak in the two colors I needed. They did and held them for me with no deposit. I drove to the location and was met at the front by an associate who immediately asked for my kayaks to be brought up. I then spoke to Craig who I believe was one of the managers. He was over the top helpful in getting my items to the front and assisting with my checkout. I also had assistance with loading them in my truck. It was a very positive customer service experience. Home run on this outing DSG!

Excellent customer service. Had to drive from Aurora to this store to pick up a pair of shoes. Unfortunately they didn't actually have it in stock. Sam was able to throw in an inconvenience discount on top of their already great discount they're running this weekend. Phenomenal selection of products too. Worth the extra drive to check out!

My wife and I'd experience was absolutely wonderful here because of one very amazing employee. Atasha spent almost an hour with us helping my wife pick out the perfect winter jacket. She genuinely cared about getting my wife just what she wanted. Customer service like this is so rare these days that it absolutely blew us away. It was past closing time but the time my wife made her final decision and we never felt rushed and Atasha took the time to explain what made one jacket better than another. Every store should have an employee like this.
