Rite Aid

We've been utilizing this location since our move to the area in 2015 and they've exceeded our expectations every time. The pharmacy personnel have always been very accommodating to us and the store staff have been over accommodating to us as well and we can't say enough positive things about them. Thank you so much for being available for our family.

I see some lower reviews, so I'm not quite sure if they have the correct store number, but my personal experience for Wappingers-(Feb 2022-) has been awesome! It's a very clean store, the associates always greet me coming in, items seem to be pretty well stocked, and the pharmacy staff is great. The RPH and technicians go above and beyond and are very helpful and I can always get thru via phone with any questions! Thanks so much!!!! Be safe!&

I would like to post my positive experience at the Wappingers Rite Aid on Route Nine. For the past few weeks I have been calling ahead to see if certain items are in stock before I make the trip over due to the pandemic. Ms. Sheila the manager and Mr. Ire have been.wonderful and helpful. Each time I call I am blown away at how friendly and kind they are. It is a rare and welcoming thing to see when most other stores are met with an attitude as if the customer is a burden. I hope corporate will take a moment and recognize these two employees who should make them proud.. Any company would be happy to have them. they should serve as an example for all others. Thank you from an appreciative customer!!!

The young lady Rodina at the pharmacy counter went above and beyond and explained why she called my house to let me know about my co -pay and then offered me the option of using a drug prescription program that saved me some money and told me it would be on file for future use. Very knowledgeable and compassionate and super polite . Nice to have a caring consultant and also very knowledgeable. Made my day !!

I have to say the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Wappingers Falls is the most caring Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. And believe me between my husband and I we're constantly calling them. Update 3 months later since this review I am so grateful for Rite Aid Pharmacy Wappingers Falls New York they have gone above and beyond every single one of them in the pharmacy have been amazing and in these unprecedented times you need a pharmacy that cares that goes the extra mile for you even when the doctors forget or don't get your medicine to them. God bless every single one of you girls I highly recommend this Pharmacy to anybody that could get there... God bless you all.

Courteous staff. Store is well stocked and organized with clean bathrooms. Private room for vaccinations with kid friendly pharmacist.

Fast great service at their pharmacy window. Came right away when I rang the buzzer and had the prescription I need ready right away. I have never had an issue in this store and it is a standard Rite Aid.
