Customer service was extremely helpful in getting me the part I really needed for my tractor.

I use my 2025r for plowing (which comes relevant later) the 3 point hitch controls needed repairs and the guys down there did a great job fixing the damage and the cause of the damage. I had to ask for a last minute drop off for the tractor because of an incoming snowstorm (which missed me but still) and my wife was due to be induced that next day. The guys had it delivered same day, ready to go and because they did right by me Lindsey equipment will have my business until they close down or I die, whichever comes first.

Definitely recommend to anyone that's looking to buy a mower/tractor. Inviting environment all around. (Salesman) Randy Brazee sold me my new equipment. Great guy, go down and see him! Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant process.

Randy was very responsive and worked with me to complete the trade. I felt I was treated fairly throughout the process. In addition, while he was on vacation and I visited the business to do a test drive and Gerry and the rest of the Lindsey team made me feel welcome and were all professional. I would definitely seek to do business with them in the future.

I needed a front lawn tractor tire fixed. I explained that after the original incident, I did refill the tire. The next day it was flat again, so I took it off the machine, reset the bead, and it seemed to hold the air...but this morning it was flat again. Lindsey decided I needed a tube (I thought that too) and I was ready to leave it and come back on Monday...but praise the Lord! It only took them about 15 minutes to fix it and I was back to mowing! *sigh* I do enjoy mowing breaks. :-)

I always go to the Lindsey's either in Port Crane or Appalachian and the parts service is always outstanding and very helpful if you have questions in both locations. I highly recommend them if your looking for parts
