I used to love working with this company until today - and unfortunately its one person at the company. Their billing manager was rude, condescending and downright dismissive when I called for assistance for my disabled daughters medical supplies that just stopped being delivered. I'm the mother of a disabled child, and not once did anyone reach out to discuss the denials of her claims. In the past they would reach out anytime they had questions on deliveries, or prescription needs but apparently no communication if something is denied. I asked for something in writing showing it was denied - claim denial. She stated "well no other insurance has these covered" I asked if I was supposed to know that at which time I was told to look at my EOB's.
No offer to help except an attitude. Completely appalled at how this human being treated a mom worried about her daughters medical care. ZERO EMPATHY and no offer for help. She is a manager which makes it even more shocking at the way she handled the situation.
After the call I went to my insurance for the EOB she expressed I could see the denial with - they haven't even tried billing to her insurance!
