It seem to have been lost in the system, but due to their help and guidance through the process a week later I received the package. I am so grateful to them for their profession and expertise. I have worked with sweta at this ups store over the last year. We’ve never met in person but she’s been able to arrange several high value and delicate shipments for me at a distance. She replies to her emails quicker than anyone else I know, even outside of office hours. Every item that they’ve sent to me has been perfectly packaged to ensure the safety of the item. This store has also given me much more competitive prices than other UPS stores. I highly recommend using this UPS store for anything you need

Sweta was super helpful, providing quick & easy service on the morning I was stressing out about my upcoming flight home! I was able to bring in 2 boxes that I taped somewhat poorly, and they were securely fastened and paid for in under 5 minutes! This store is very close to my dorm and the process was super convenient, I highly recommend sending packages through here!

I was in and out in three minutes with A complicated large package to ship. The counter lady’s name was sweta. I don’t know how to thank her for her speed, efficiency, and even complementary taping at no charge of a large package. Happy repeat customer for sure.

Just expressing my appreciation for Sweta, who overturned another UPS Store employee's decision to not allow me to return a new, factory sealed cutting board purchased from Amazon. The other employee claimed that I needed to submit the item in its original brown Amazon box (even though other Amazon items I was returning were specifically removed from the brown Amazon box I brought them in prior to going into the large meta-bin that Amazon returns are evidently contained in at the UPS Store). Sweta instructed the other employee to accept my return, which enabled me not to have to spend more time with this return process (I'm honestly still confused about why Amazon would want a brown box included for some items, but not for others). Sweta asked me to leave a review about my honest experience, so here it is. Thanks again, Sweta, for your help. I look forward to working with you again soon.

Sweta and Ivan really know their stuff! I frequently need to send important documents abroad, and each time they have good insight on which service to use, whether I'm looking for expedited or economical service. I've also saved quite a bit on notarizations here vs. other notaries. UPS on Nassau is always my first choice when it comes to postal services.
