The UPS Store

I’ve come in many times for Amazon returns and other shipping needs, and every employee I’ve encountered has been wonderful and helpful. The manager Goi, and members Bryan, Donovin, and Dismas have always treated me with respect and are patient when I am on the slower end of things. Overall great service!

Dismas, the UPS store employee, was so helpfull and had great suggestions to help me solve my shipping issues! It’s great to find young people who like to treat an older lady with respect!

The folks at the store are very welcoming, those gentlemen know what they are doing. They explained to me prices, and other services offered at the store. Thanks guys.

Phenomenal customer service! I showed up a few minutes prior to closing with two posters that I wanted to mail. The clerk on duty, Dismas, was amazing. Despite the late hour, he patiently helped get the posters packed and shipped. I am happy to report that they arrived to my house unscathed.

Since banks and lawyers live in the past, I had to fax documents to them. After multiple unsuccessful attempts with the bank number, the staff successfully faxed it to the lawyer. It was a painful process, but everyone at the store was friendly and helpful, especially the woman who helped me toward the end. I didn't catch her name, but I am terribly grateful to her for persevering.

Had to ship some stuff out, never shipped anything before until now, Dismas helped me out the whole time and was patient. He was very helpful and so was Donovin. Made the process of shipping packages out smooth.

Today I came to the store with three boxes . Goi was doing customer services , he professionally put all my stuff in boxes really fast and helped other customers too . I would say , thanks for all do and it was the best experience I had with ups store.

My husband and I went downtown to the UPS 6634 in Lincoln and we had Dismas & Donovin help us. We had to get our fingerprints taken and they made the process go very smoothly for us. Great customer service and very polite.

Goi was really professional and helpful. He was the only one in the store and manage to help all the customers in fast pace. Also, he was able to answer and help with the finger prints while helping other customers.
