Cub - Maple Grove

Everything you need for party's..cook outs and family fun days..easy to find things..friendly staff to help if you need extra hands to load vehicle..or help find an unusual item..has purified water to refill your gallons and many good things for on the Go ~ at the Deli. Highly recommended for your grocery's or florals for friends. You can buy in bulk and test your blood pressure there by the pharmacy!

Kudos to Cub produce for selling packs of Wild Harvest fresh rosemary, thyme, and sage in ONE package for Thanksgiving cooking! So great to get all three fresh. They added amazing flavor to stuffing, without breaking my bank.

I would like to show some recognition for Trey, Trey works in the deli. He went above and beyond today. He is so kind and helpful. In my experience, good customer service is hard to come by in the world we live in. Employees that go above and beyond stand out in contrast when compared to the rest of customer service representatives that don’t care. Trey deserves some recognition for being an employee that stands out smoking at the rest. Thank you, Trey!

This store is extraordinary. We've tried online groceries and it had worked out pretty well. Orders are accurate and no delays. Solves a big hassle for us that we had with instacart.
And the staffs, particularly in the night shifts are very helpful and awesome.

I also tried filling out a customer survey but there was no code on my receipt.

I normally only walk into Cub to grab a few things. I have social anxiety so I'm glad there are options to order my entire grocery order online for pickup. Major props to Cassy who fulfilled my order.

Cassy did an amazing job with communication, presenting me with a ton of options for substitutions and even grabbing some additional items that I asked for without hesitation.

**It is people like Cassy who make me come back to Cub. Major kudos.**

This Cub is awesome! It has a smoothie station, they make their popcorn on site, oil station and they have a delicious hot deli selection!

I love everything about my cub. I like that they take plastic bags. But I don't like the smell of the popcorn as soon as you walk in the doors. It just stinks. I like that they carry my salmon, raw cashews and a wide variety of greens. It's always clean and well stocked

I go to Cub Foods to get my prescription. I have been going there for years and all of the employees know me by 1st name. They have always been helpful. I always get all of my produce at Cub. They have the best and freshest produce to pick from compared to any store I've been to. Whenever I'm out on the floor I'm usually approached by 2 or 3 Club food employees, and And they always Ask me am I finding everything OK do you need any help? They have wonderful customer service and I always enjoy going to Cub Foods!

Their customer service tonight was impeccable. I made a mistake of leaving 1 of my bags when I left. They helped make sure I had my items returned instantly!

I can't see myself shopping at any other cub.

By the way, they just remodeled to add a juicery, popcorn, burrito bar, and salad bar with olives.

It looks amazing and the staff is wonderful!!!

I can always find what I'm looking for at this Cub so I can make it a one stop shopping trip. It's well-stocked and clean. I wish the lighting were a little brighter in the produce dept. Happy cashiers are a bonus.

Our family loves our Cub! The service overall experience is the best to be expected from a corporate grocery store. The different shop keeps and cashiers really take care of our family . They know us and acknowledge us when in need for service as expected somewhere one shops daily. Great place to shop and bonus of TCF bank. Len/manager of TCF runs a great bank ! Thanks Cub!!

The new look is ok, still not so sure about it... feel like a kid in the candy store having to search for things again.... I did see they have maps now which is good ..... but just saw they have a popcorn stand.... is that permanent?
Is it a fundraiser or is it for profit?
Would make sense if it was for fundraisers like boy scouts who just ya know happen to sell popcorn at this location....

This place was recently renovated and the new mini stores in Cub are just amazing. The juicery and pop corn shops, 😋😋. Give the freshly squeezed apple juice a try. You'd never want any other.
The fresh groceries and more organic choices just makes this place a no brainer. I think Cub just made me a customer.

Our main grocery store. It has a neighborhood feel, as we often see our neighbors! Customer service has been great and we usually find sales or coupons for what we are buying.

This is the best cub by far, I drive out of my way to shop there.

We ordered the prime rib dinner for Easter. It was amazing! We will definitely order from Cub Deli in Maple Grove!

Not sure where I'd go if this cub wasn't open 24 hours! Very clean, always have what I need, and kind cashiers. I'm sure I'll be back again soon!

I have shopped here for 30 years and the delicious popcorn made in store is the highlight of my weekly groceries.

Good one , very organized, clean and well maintained. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Love to shop here.
