Binson's Medical Equipment and Supplies

I switched to this Dearborn location a few years ago. Best decision I've made. I was not satisfied with the horrible customer service I experienced at the Southgate location. Sousan was & is thee GREATEST!!! If it wasn't for her I would've have quit doing business with Binson's. Sousan is courteous, patient and kind. She answered all my questions. She made sure I was comfortable with how to use my cpap machine. She gave me her card and told me if I any issues don't hesitate to give her a call for help. Thank you Sousan for your consistant awesome customer service 👏🏾 😊

Susan was amazing. She helped my father and i with the C-pap machine. She was very through with instruction and helped with all the small details that only an expert can know.

The service and information about my equipment and options were very helpful. In the past few years I have had horrible experiences with Binson’s, which cost me time, money, and health issues. However this month, recent 2 visits (only med supply in my insurance network) have been very helpful.

My experience with Sousan was excellent as usual. She obviously knows the products, and is extremely professional at what she does. Thanks for employing her. I will be a customer as long as she is there!

I went in for a small pickup item. I first thing I noticed was how friendly and compassionate Sousan was. She went above and beyond to help a gentleman in a wheelchair. Afterwards she promptly helped me. Sousan informed me a big ticket item that was on sale for more than half the price. She didn't use high pressure sales tactics but instead helped to see the benefits of purchasing the item. It was something I had been thinking of for sometime but the price was always a deterrent. I want to thank Sousan for taking to time to foster an atmosphere where casual conversation can occur to really address the customers needs. Thank you again! I was a much needed purchase.

Sousan Khouri , Dearborn Branch Manager, is a 10. You’d be hard pressed to find a more caring, genuinely concerned person in this world today! I had to return many times with various problems and her attention to details coupled with an extensive knowledge of the whole experience was definitely “top of the class”. After not sleeping for almost a decade and losing faith in the medical field altogether, Sousan has single handedly restored my faith even in humanity. So Grateful for her! 😍

Hello one week ago my son Michael needed services. We went in and Susan was amazing and she was smiling. She told us about Care Credit card to pay for my son neededed supplies. That information was right on time. She made us feel comfortable. She is the best. We had to come back several times, and every time she helped with a smile. Everyone wore a smile even it was very busy in there. It made us feel at ease. Michael was happy as well. Thank you very much susan.

Let me start by saying I travel a little over 30 miles to get my supplies from this Benson I have a local one but not once have I had a good experience with them the Dearborn location is definitely worth the travel time and Susan is a life saver she is efficient thorough and so nice to talk to

If I could give Sousan 10 stars instead of 5 I would. She was extremely helpful and she solved a major issue that other Binson employees (at other locations) could careless about solving.

Sousan is the best! She is so patient and empathetic. She treats each customer with the utmost dignity and respect. My husband prefers coming to Sousan in Dearborn over any other Binson’s for his cpap equipment.

Customer service was amazing, they were very nice.

Susan was so helpful!! She went out of her way to help me with my CPAP mask and let me try on a few different kinds and sizes until I found the right one. She adjusted the mask for me, showed me how to put it on, and gave me tips for cleaning my machine. I hated using my machine before and now I know it’s because I didn’t have the right mask, but Susan took the time to make sure I found the best fit and now using the machine is so much easier. I will definitely come back to this Binson’s location for any CPAP-related needs.

My sister and I both had a great experience at the Binsons location in Dearborn thanks to Danielle. Danielle offered us so much time and was so helpful and patient to find us the right compression socks for us. She went above and beyond. We are truly thankful for all her help and time.

When I come across excellent customer service, I think it's important to recognize it. Danielle and Sousan were very helpful in answering all my questions, finding the best products for my needs, and simply being personable and a pleasure to work with.

I was in desperate need of a Cpap machine. After a horrible experience at the Rochester store, the assistant who was helping me was very abrasive and aggressive. To the point I left after my second visit and him telling me that I didnt have the correct paperwork. Of which I had the correct paperwork all the time. Client, Robbie Davis referred me to Sousan at the Dearborn store. She and her partner were the best! She was friendly, pleasant and took the time to explain to me my options, showed me several masks, ordered me a new machine and reassured me that my sleep apnea would definitely improve. She made me very comfortable and answered every question or fear that I had. Told me if I had any questions or concerns feel free to call her. Thank you Sousan and your partner (I didnt get her name) for your awesome customer service. It meant alot and I have been soundly sleeping.
