Had a wonderful experience here today! Barbie helped me out with a smile to share and even saved me a little money in the process, I had no clue since I’d never shopped for a party.

Guaranteed as well that if anything happened with my balloon delivery that it would be covered. Great folks.

They did my balloon bouquets for a surprise birthday party for my husband’s 70th. It took two vehicles to get them all here. They say on the website that inflated balloons are only guaranteed to remain inflated 6 to 8 hours and helium for 24. But it’s been 6 days today and they are still ALL still floating strong! I received a phone call from their store after the party and they answered any verified questions I had. I was very pleased with their products and service. I will definitely use them again.🎊❤😊🎁👍

My daughter (3 years) and I went in last night shortly before they closed. Bryon welcomed us with open arms, was so helpful and SO kind! He was so sweet to my daughter, and honestly so sweet to me as well! I can't wait to come back to party city for all my party needs! Thank you so much Bryon for making our night great! I had such a wonderful experience today at this Party City. I had ordered pink balloons and gold balloons for my twin grandkids birthday. There were 24 balloons wrapped into 2 separate bags. When I got to my grandkids house, the bundle of 12 pink balloons flew away in the wind!! I was so sad. I called the store to tell them what happened and I would like to order 12 more pink balloons. When I got to the store they had a new bag full of pink balloons for me free of charge!! Boy, did they make my day! The owners are wonderful and they will always have my business!! Kindness Matters 💖💖💖

Shopped here for a pink morph suit. Was not disappointed. Friendly staff and lines aren't too long. Great selection for suits. Also bought a rubber chicken. Best 5 dollars I have ever spent. Great store.

They were super busy on Halloween evening, but the staff was friendly and helpful. And they actually had the sense to have plenty of checkers so the long line moved very fast. Way to know when you needed the extra help, Walmart and HyVee could take notes.

We went in to find a costume and one of maybe the managers helped us. She was so polite and found what we were looking for!! We were very grateful for her. She was friendly with a smile!!

I went into Party City tonight to get some party supplies for a non profit fundraiser. Jonathan and the other gentleman working were extremely helpful and even helped me get a discount because I was purchasing the items for a non profit, something I didn't know Party City did, but think is wonderful!

Emma helped me make the perfect balloon bouquet for my daughters birthday. They didnt have the main theme I wanted but she helped me figure out the next best thing with no hesitation.

We had a great experience at Party City today we found exactly what we were looking for and more, plus the staff (her name was Faith) was sooooo super sweet and entertaining to my son while she filled our balloons 💞

They are such a fun store find everything you need and WAY more. A definate must shop for me. Lots of unique surprises in this party place! Love it!!

Wonderful place although during the Halloween season when lots of parents bring their young children to buy costumes they should probably keep the really scary stuff towards the back of the store and not right next to the toddler section
