Today I had a pretty embarrassing situation at walled lake Kroger. I had a small amount left on my bridge card and what I thought was a 50.00 gift card to get some groceries. I accidentally had too much and was so embarrassed I had to ask to put some groceries back. Barbie was working self check out and was so helpful and accommodating. There was a line and people were frustrated so I was very embarrassed. After taking items off and paying what was left on bridge card my gift card was declining!!! I was so confused and embarrassed- she said call the number on back. I did. It only had 25.00 (NOT 50) (it was gift and I’m sure an accident.) Then I needed to remove more items. I was on the verge of tears and she kept calm and continued helping me until I got the groceries to an affordable price and could use the gift card. I was so grateful for her kindness and patience. Barbie was such an Angel today. Barbie is an amazing knowledgeable employee. Thank you Barbie. You helped me so much. Namaste 🙏🏿 I wish more people were like you! Hallelujah ♥

Best place to eat sushi around the city! Variety of options, custom order available, and most importantly " best quality". The price is cheap compare to all around the city. My favorite sushi is Mixed Combo #3 just because three different sushi in a box. My second favorite is Spicy Crunh roll. They have a lot of fully cook and raw options. Love to go there and shop.

The bakery is exceptional at this location. Also explore the deli. This Kroger has ready cooked meals. Clean and convenient.

Fast, quick, friendly pickup. There is even one guy in pickup who absolutely loves his job. I wish I knew his name but he is always a treat to be around.

So I must say, this Kroger is very refreshing compared to any other grocery store. The isles are nice and wide (pre-covid), clean, quick, friendly and helpful staff. Top notch.

The staff here does a great job. They took me to the exact location of the item I asked for, rather than pointing me to the approximate area. And the cashier took extreme care bagging up the glass bottles so there was no chance in them breaking on the way home.

It's busy but you get through quick! I enjoy taking my daughter here because she likes the police car and taxi carts that she can drive around. As a stay-at-home mom who has to go shopping alone with my kiddo I feel lucky to have such a great women working the self-checkouts who help me keep my little one occupied so I can make it out with my groceries and my sanity!

I love my Kroger. Everyone is so helpful. Very clean store and has everything you want. Also, there is never a problem with the sale prices and what shows up on your receipt. E coupons are easy to load and always reflected on the receipt .

Great place to run in and grab the vegan eats to fuel the body. The fresh produce section is great. The fruit is always good and they have good pricing on the avacodo. Plus, grab a bucks on the way in the make the shopping more enjoyable as you cruise the aisles.

This store is the best. It's convenient, the staff are extremely helpful, the products are always fresh, and the prices are usually pretty great. On the one occasion I had to make a return of some eggs that weren't the freshest, the manager was professional, polite, and accommodating. I will definitely shop here again.

Keegan is absolutely amazing! I had so many groceries and wasn’t looking forward to waiting in line. He had us done and paid for in under 2 mins. I’ve never seen someone work so fast! Thankyou keegan! You deserve raise ☺

Ban at the cake section was really nice she helped us fix the cake we grabbed bc it had fallen over her co worker was really nice as well will definitely recommend

The food is fresh and delicious. I've been able to get every item I need, even for weird dishes. The layout of the store is intuitive and easy to get around. Quaint, cute, and my favorite Kroger store by far!

Today is my 2ed time useing the click list app lori was amazing and super helpful will definitely keep using it! My only complaint is i couldn't tip her. The company needs to look into that. If you provide a service you should be able to be tipped

Clean and bright interior. Wonderful selection of groceries, deli, meat, seafood, and bakery well stocked with fresh items. Friendly employees and cashiers. Starbucks inside in a great way to unwind if need be. A+. Thanks

Outstanding staff always asking if I need help to find anything. I would say it's like the stores that had great old time country atmosphere. Welcome you at the. Door and just all around awesome I havent seen large corporate stores that happy to see you come to shop!!?

Took my empty cans, and just got some things but in and out less then 30mins. This not bad for a busy Monday. Some other days when they only have 2 cashier takes too long.
