AT&T Store

Everything about my visit was a 5. Ryan my sales associate created me immediately upon entering the store. He quickly assessed my needs and showed me the products that would meet them. He is very knowledgeable and very personable. He made my visit very pleasant and speedy. I love my new IPhone 15. He was also able to reduce my current bill by $40. Yeah!!!

Our associate Ryan was so very helpful, despite a terrible flaw in the AT&T system that was not allowing for processing of a new phone upgrade. He was so patient, has exceptional customer service skills and made sure we left satisfied with adding an additional line and device to our plan. He was personable and made us feel welcome despite the hiccups I usually find in a wireless store when making a large change. Kudos to Ryan, he’s a genuine and considerate employee.

I have consistently found the service provided by Vy and Vishal at 63 Marginal Way store to be exemplary. Each visit is met with the unwavering commitment to ensure the complete satisfaction prior to departure. The professionalism significantly surpasses that which I have experienced other establishments, including Verizon and T-Mobile. It is for this reason that I exclusively patronize this location and have no inclination to seek service elsewhere.

Eric is fantastic. I truly feel that I'm being respected and spoken to honestly when going over account details, and options, with him. He is always eager to help and has a great aura of calm and graciousness about him.

Eric is an amazing gentleman. Patient, funny, smart, knowledgeable (about not just AT&T). He made the process easy, fun, educational. He also said "I'm not sure..." a couple of times and looked something up. I respect that. A great experience. I'm a proud AT&T customer now (long time Verizon fyi)

Went to this location to switch my service from Verizon to AT&T and it was great. Eric was the only one working at that time and he was a very pleasant and helpful. He made the process easy and really knew what he was doing. There was an irate woman that came by and he handled it well and professionally. Would recommend this location!

I went into the Marginal Way store on Sunday. It was busy, but I was greeted immediately by one of the salesmen, Eric, on the floor. He politely said he'd be with me as soon as he could. When it was my turn to be waited on, Eric listened to what I needed, he didn't push products on me, he explained promotions, and worked on a new phone within my budget. He was incredibly patient (but efficient). I was surprised how quickly he was able to help me choose a new phone, transfer everything from my old phone to the new one, and even helped me pick out new case and screen saver, along with a free item (buy 2, get one free), without any pressure. I'll add that he needed to offer guidance to another salesperson a couple of times during that time, as he was training him, but apologized for the interruption each time (which was totally fine with me). He's an asset to your store.

They were kind, patient & sold me the BEST blue ray for me.

Just want to say any phone plan you get, there will always be hidden fees. I paid on time and early if anything I was never behind any payment but they still raised my bill $30, complaining because I never missed a payment I download every receipt for proof. They will tell you to call customer service instead of helping you with your problem. I canceled my phone plan with them and found a new carrier. Thank god I didn’t buy a phone from them but instead got a phone line. They could have done better with customer service and maybe a better job explaining to customer like and my age who’s first time opening a phone plan.

Hey ... lemme tell you I walked through that door and was met by an associate right away. Very friendly courteous reps. who know their stuff and very eager to help. They explained everything clearly, and I was able to get in and out quickly! Thank you. I hope to continue to do business with AT&T and these lovely associates for many years to come ... KEEP ON ROCKING IT, you people @ 211 Marginal Way! YOU'RE ALL AMAZING!!!

I would rather have a root canal than go shopping for a new phone. But as a loyal AT&T customer, I bit the bullet when the time came to replace my old phone. Was prepared to fend off all the sales pitches, etc., but Eric listened to me and understood my needs were simple and few. Even helped me set up the new phone when it arrived 4 days later. Definitely recommend!

Vy Hjort was the most helpful out of a million people i had to deal
with to resolve an issue with my account. he went above and beyond- and he also was generous enough to let me borrow his own phone in order to have back up while my issue was being resolved, due to a problem with a different carrier. i really appreciate his help and whatever you’re paying him, pay him what he’s WORTH, and that is a lot more :) thanks again, Vy!

I couldn't be more impressed and grateful for the customer service I just received from Eric.
I fully expected to dodge sales pitches and deal with pushy selling sales reps when I entered the door. I had to make a insurance claim and replace my phone. Eric kindly and calmly laid out all my options and then took the initiative to help fill out my insurance claim with me. He could have said go online and fill out this form but he wanted to assist with the entire process. He said "I just try to treat people like I would like to be treated". The insurance guy on the phone even tried to sell me on a "home protection" service...
Eric is the reason I will continue to come back to this location and use AT&T. Thank you Eric! AT&T is lucky to have you.

Stellar customer service! Needed to update 2 devices and wanted to see how adding another would effect the monthly bill, Vishal ran all the numbers and reviewed promos to see what would be the best option for us. Upgraded 2 phones, white glove service from transferring data to making sure we had all the needed cases/ protectors/ etc. while fielding other walk-in customers. Friendly and professional start to finish.

This is a great store to do business with AT&T Wireless. The team there is patient, knowledgeable and helpful. On a visit to the store in August, Paige listened to what I was looking for and needed, and signed me up for the exact AT&T wireless plan for my needs. Matt was also very helpful when I came in on another visit, with questions. And when it came time to upgrade my five year old iPhone 8 to the iPhone 13 Pro, this past week, Donny was exactly the right person to help me select what I needed. It’s an excellent team and an excellent AT&T store. Thank You to Paige, Matt & Donny!

I went in to upgrade my phone and the whole process was seamless. The AT&T rep told me that he was new to the job, though that didn’t stop him from being funny, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Even with a short line of people waiting behind me, he helped me out quickly. I would definitely recommend getting your phone upgraded or serviced here! 💯

My brother and I were in and out of the store very quickly with my new phone upgrade and his SIM card replacement handled. This was easily the best customer experience I have had in a phone store.
