AutoZone Auto Parts

Came here with a couple questions and left with way more info and care than I needed (and that’s a major plus). It’s not super common to run into such helpful and enthusiastic support at auto stores.

Will return for my car needs.

I would highly recommend this business and especially Sheila who took great care of my Mom this morning. Her battery was dead and she came over to her house and jumped her battery and then proceeded to replace the battery in a very short time.

We were in Vincennes to go to the Social Security office and while there left my lights on. Called Auto Zone and one of the employees quickly came to jump my battery and was very understanding and nice about it. Great service and so quick!

Staff went above and beyond to assist me! The problem itself seemed embarrassingly simple, but they saw the issue for the challenge it presented and they brought their A-Game.

I admire the perseverance that was put on display. These folks deserve high praise (and probably more than they're getting paid).

I went in to autozone on 6th street in Vincennes. I thought my starter was going bad. A friendly young associate by the name of Thomas helped me out. He came out to my car and he determined that my battery cable was loose. He tightened it up for me and I haven't had a problem since. Thanks young man for going the extra mile for an old lady like me, and not taking advantage to get a bigger sell. We need more young people like him.

Needed a new battery to get home and autozone was right thwre to help Thomas was a huge blessing and helped so much in making sure everything was safe and ready for me to drive. Thank you for an amazing experience and everyone will be recommended to you.

The staff is always helpful great at making sure I get everything I need to get the 1st time. Just wish the staff did not have to "offer" things I don't need to meet a quota.

Unfortunately last evening about 8:30 my car wouldn't start. After I had it jumped went over to AutoZone located in VIncennes Indiana to get a battery and have it installed. I believe the guy at the counter was Ray Stevens, (I hope I got his name correct). He worked with me till 10:00 in the parking lot of AutoZone with me holding a flash light to take care of me. He went above and beyond to take care of me. I appreciate his kindness, and his persistence. Just wanted to send a BIG THANK YOU! GOD bless!

It was less than 8 degrees and my battery quit. John at the Vincennes store was so kind changing out my battery in the freezing cold. Thank you for the service

My car battery need to be replaced. Allen at the Vincennes Auto Zone not only sold me a battery, he stood out in the freezing temperatures in the early morning hours and replaced my old car battery with a new one. He was kind and pleasant and did the replacement quickly to get me on my way to work. This young man is a great representative of good customer service and I hope management takes note of the asset Allen is to the Vincennes Auto Zone. Thank you Auto Zone and thanks again Allen!

Great staff and very helpful.....Last year I had to replace my exhaust system from engine all the way back. I had to walk up there and when I arrived 2 employee's were outside. I got my parts n ask if I could leave part of it there and come back after I took some of my parts home. A manager said no but offered to take all my parts and myself home. Not expected but very good customer service. My hats off to them for going above and beyond!

Many thanks to the service person who helped us this morning after we hit a deer while passing through Vincennes on our way to Chicago. He came out to the parking lot to look over our car and checked to be sure it was still safe to drive. Our complements to his outstanding service. October 3, 2020 about 11:15AM.
