My service engine soon light came on. Then my battery wasn't turning over right away. I stopped in to get one of their free diagnosic checks. I was immediately greeted. Joe T. Was so helpful. He cheerfully ran all the diagnostics and informed me that my oxygen sensor is going and I probably need a new battery. He was well informed on the differences in battery. He gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision. I was completely comfortable with my purchase. He even cleaned the corrosion off of my old battery and had me test it again just to make sure it was necessary for me to have to buy a new battery. Best of all, it was definitely the battery that needed changed to get my car running properly again. I truly appreciated the time and attention he took. It is nice to have a place you can trust. Thanks so much for everything!

I went in to buy a battery and have it installed. Even though it became a complicated task, James was so helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my battery installed and drive out of there! Thank you, James, for top notch service!!

The guy was very nice and installed the windshield wipers I just bought without even asking. It's also just about the only auto parts store in Robinson township, so stop acting like you have a choice.

Under ten and not some cheap wooden handle nonsense from Lowes or Home Depot

6.16.23 revised: my check engine light came on, yet again. I've had the same code and we thought we fixed it. I happened to pass this location and pulled in see if they could tell me the code and get it looked at again. The employee working, Greg, was NICE AS CAN BE. Plus, he answered my misc car questions + gave me good advice, too. Very knowledgeable and car educational at the same time.

Love this store (@Crafton) COMPARED to the Bridgeville location. Honestly, I am 100% a girly girl and well, NOT a gearhead & I don't know what fluid goes where. Bridgeville employee said he does NOT refill the fluid after I bought it there but employees at Crafton are ALWAYS willing to help out after my fluid purchases! Yeah, Crafton. Boo, Bridgeville.

Shane surprised me by honoring the warranty on 10-month old headlights I bought bought online. The first cashier told me that even though I bought them from Advance (and picked them up from that store), the store couldn't help me. Shane (who I guess must be a manager) overheard the problem, grabbed new headlights for me, and processed the exchange under warranty. Thanks for making my love easier.

Bought new windshield wipers front and back. Best service every. He even put em on my car

Everyone was great that helped me. They don't have the part I needed but they sent someone to another store to get the part for me. The worst part was they were experiencing computer issues and it slowed them down.

My car broke down as I was driving into advanced autos parking lot last night in Robinson. I was lucky enough to have a gentleman named Dave who was working at advanced who came out, helped me push my car into the lot and with identifying the repair needed. My alternator belt had broke and I lost power to my car. Dave was very helpful in bringing out every tool you could think of, identification of the repair needed and assisted in repair. Good people at this advanced auto.

Very helpful in getting me a good price and installing a new battery. FYI, if you order online there is a coupon listed to get 15% off store pickup.

Went for what I thought was a dead battery. Guy tested the battery and said I didn't need one. Cleaned the terminal and spayed protectant on it for free and after a jump didn't have any problems again. Good staff!
