This Napa was somewhere in Kansas 😆 They were very friendly and had the part that we needed. Napa is usually like that.

My stupid car battery decided to die while on a road trip and I stopped at the nearest auto parts store after getting a jump and that was this Napa. The guys were SO NICE and SO HELPFUL. They couldn’t install the new battery because I have a VW and it’s extra… but they called around and found the nearest shop that could do it for me. Which I greatly appreciated. 10/10

Napa in Mt.Vernon is the best. When u go in ask for Jeffrey Flowers. He is a Hard working individual and willing to go above and beyond

Tech was awesome they didn't Cary the part I needed but he set me up with a local company that rebuilds the part, went above and beyond imo!

The Mt Vernon location isn't just a regular store location. It is the region hub, so they are the main warehouse. The place is huge. If you need a part right away they prolly have one on hand, if not they can have it asap. Even if this location isn't the closest it is definitely worth driving to.

The older gentlemen(I can't remember his name)behind the counter this afternoon was very helpful. We were broke down at the boat ramp and he assisted us with numerous tools and parts.Thank you very much and we made it home with the boat.

Fair price and always has the parts you need instock.. Friendly workers. If you ask they will carry your parts out to your car.

With the warehouse right here they have just about any part you need.
