The UPS Store

All I can say is thank you! We called the store for a last minute, literally 3 hours before my sister’s funeral to get 2 photos boards done, and they pulled it off. I’ll be forever grateful because I know it took a lot to do it. Thank you UPS for coming through providing fast, friendly and efficient work. I’m forever grateful.

Busy store early on a Monday, but the staff were quick and efficient. I had time to set my box down and pick it right back up again. In and out in less than 10 minutes. WELL DONE!

Walked right in got waited on immediately. Returned my package got receipt and out door under 5 minutes or even less.

And they did the most beautiful job printing addresses for all my envelopes for Christmas cards! I can’t recommend them enough for all your printing needs.

Man, was this place quick. With a line out the door, they were moving customers out pretty quickly. The associate that took my package was super nice and worked efficiently. Parking was pretty easy to find, although this parking lot seems to be some kind of weird BMX bike arena? In any case, great place.

Great store for my shipping and printing needs for both personal and business. I have used the store to print business cards, invitations, and large banners. They all look great and turn around time is impressive. I also use the store for all my shipping needs. I have shipped items all around the country and they always arrived on time. I also used the store to pack fragile items. Every time the item arrives in great condition. I compliment the store on their packing ability. Very impressive. I will continue to use this store for ever. I highly recommend it.

The workers at this location are always very helpful and professional. They help me find the most affordable way to ship packages and gifts to my family that live across the United States and have even helped with shipping gifts to friends that live internationally. You are greeted when you walk in and the workers give you their full attention while taking their time with you and your needs. I will always choose to come to this store versus any other. They did an amazing job with my wedding invites. I needed them to be in English and Spanish which they were able to accommodate. They were very responsive and timely in getting me drafts and making edits. I would highly recommend them for printing.

Best customer service experience in a long time. Helpful, understanding, quick and generous. Needed a notorized letter faxed on New Years Eve. Minutes before closing they took care of it and didn't even charge me. Jerome is awesome!

I use this store for all my shipping, printing, print design and large poster printing needs. They are professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I ship all over the US. They know exactly what to do to ensure my shipments get there on time. The printing is done in a timely manner and they always get the printing done before my deadline. The printing always looks great also. I will continue to use this store and highly recommend it.

The best UPS I have been to. I will wait to come home from Chicago to specifically ship out of here because they are so friendly and easy to work. I sell a lot of Poshmark and depop clothing and they are so quick and efficient when I come in (I normally have 3-10 packages to ship out each time). It’s always clean and a welcoming space. 10/5 stars!!!

I almost never award the highest amount of stars, but I will in tis case. I had this store package and ship two antique chairs as a third party. The chairs were sent to a restoration specialist who has been in business over 50 years, and he said that it was one of the best packing jibs he's seen. It was a bit on the high side dollar wise, but I thew that going into it. If you have a high-value item, and you need it safely packaged and shipped, have confidence in this store-but buy the insurance, just in case!!!! I've been shipping high value items for at least 30 years, and have had my share of very serious train wrecks with shipping due to poor packaging, so I speak from a bit of self-inflicted pain!
