Check out coach was working at self check out area. I can't remember her name but she was very helpful. Martin's should value a great employee like her.

This is the best martin's around.
I am obsessed with freeze-dried blueberries. And this is the only place around here I can find them. There are so many grocery stores closer to me but I don't care. I go to this one because they have extra items that other ones don't

The store is clean and well stocked.
The staff is friendly.
Bathroom are usually clean.

I am at you location every other week to shop for my Mom.
My Mom loves seafood and Tracey in your seafood department is always so pleasant and helpful getting me what Mom loves.
I appreciate her helpful manner, her friendliness, her knowledge of her products, and her extra care to with a little extra sauce on the salmon that Mom loves.
She's an exceptional caring woman, and makes our shopping in your store very pleasant.

I really love their fresh seafood selection. It was really good price and selection was really good. They had alot of good deals and sales. Selection is definitely great. Store was nice and clean. Their frozen food section is definitely impressive. Definitely the best place in Cumberland to grocery shop

Made use of Martin's Direct, they shop from your list and you pick up. They were actually able to complete our entire list with two minor substitutions. We've been using this service for some time (pre-COVID). Highly recommend the service!! **Update: Since knee surgery, have come to rely more on MD. Still great customer service!

I shop around at several different markets to get the best deals. If you go to Martin's web site and scroll through the digital coupons you can score some deals. The store is always orderly. The produce, deli, meat & seafood displays are always picture perfect. The baked goods and bakery are great too. I don't mind the self-checkouts. I realize that these corporations need to save money to cover the cost of shoplifting, maintenance, etc. And I would imagine some of the jobs shifted from cashiers to the folks that fulfill the online orders.

This is a really nice grocery store. We have ordered birthday cakes for the kids that turned out great. We have ordered fried chicken for get togethers and it's been amazingly good. They have a great meat and cheese selection in the deli. They have some great choices in the ready to go meals section.

I was in Cumberland, Maryland, and stopped by Martin's to get flowers to put on my mother's grave. Martin's always has a good selection of flowers.

Very clean, very easy to FIND HANDICAPPED PARKING! wonderful fresh salad bar, hot food bar is excellent as well. Everyone was pleasant and seemed happy there. After a horrible experience at the BIG PLACE, I will always come here instead

I shop here regularly, usually in the earlier morning times. Never have any issues at all. Store is kept tidy and organized, and aside from some occasional "oooh"s and "awww"s, all the employees are respectful of my service dog and give us space to shop in peace. I did the curbside groceries today for the first time, and it went really well. The lady who brought out the groceries was very kind, explained what had been out of stock with no available substitute (so I wasn't charged for it) and what had been substituted based on my preference. Always a good experience here.

This place is gigantic. It's much larger than any grocery store I've seen. The whole foods and organic foods sections are bountiful. It was great to see locally-sourced produce, too. I've been curious about the olive bar but never used it. Don't expect to get coffee here, as the coffee shop is staffed by random stockroom workers. The lounge is excellent, however.

My daughter & I go to Walmart every week. We love the store. Sometimes they do not have all we want but eventually they will get it . The prices are great. So far the clerks have been great' Some remember us and that is good. The only problem we seem to have is finding things. They do get moved around a LOT.

The prices are on the high side, the benefit of the cost is the tremendous variety of products available. The staff was very helpful and answered our question about availability of a product; when it would be in and where it is stocked on the shelves. On the variety, for example, we were looking for duck. We noted, rabbit, bison, ground lamb, veal, as well as a large collection of variations of the regular meats and lots of seafood (like the nice large fresh or frozen scallops, lots of shellfish). Helpful staff and great variety here.
