The UPS Store

Each time I have used this location, the staff is friendly, very helpful, offered other services. Location is super convenient! Mostly used for ups shipping and Amazon drop offs.

This particular UPS store had clerks who did not know how amazon returns work and refused to scan my return barcode at all.

Wonderful staff here that are pleasant and professional. I have come to this UPS Store for 5+ years, probably 4-5 times a year and I don't think I've had a bad experience here other than a slightly long line only a few times. In general, great staff and store :)

Kensie (sp?) is an absolute rockstar! She is so kind and helpful every single time I'm in this store (which is probably weekly).

The two woman and man that worked at UPS, they are the sweetest and most understanding people ever. I had to drop off two packages returning to amazon and I also had an incident with my car and told them about it and asked for their advice. I’m 20 and I have a kid with me and I basically ran over a pothole resulting my passenger car tires to be flattened. They let me stay until closing because I came around 5:30pm and they stayed with me until 6:10pm because outside was extremely hot. The tow truck came and got me and I thanked those two women who were extremely helpful! Thank you again UPS ladies!

I have dealt with this store for 6 years. They are family owned and operated, so they are able to provide personal service. I have sometimes been a pain in the neck customer, forgetting to bring an address or something. They will let me go ahead and leave my package and call in the address... They have held my mail for extended periods when I have been traveling... They have looked through my mail for certain deliveries for me when I have called to request that... They have even checked my amazon email for me to do a return.... Way above the average customer service. I am very glad they are there for me.

Wow, this is proof that people are more likely to say something if they have something negative to say. I am an eBay seller and I have been going to this UPS Store weekly for the past 3 years and I never thought once to leave a positive review. That says it all.

The owner is super nice and he is an extremely hard worker. In fact 1 day I came in with a bad attitude and he took the "high road" remaining calm and professional. I have regretted it ever since. As for the shipping errors, we are all human and things happen, but if this was really a problem I would know. After all, I have shipped out over a hundred items from this location with literally no issues.

I wish some of the reviewers on here would revisit their ratings. For example, 1 review said there experience was "bordering on the unfavorable" but then they left a 1 star rating. How is that possible? It also made me sad when I read the 1 star review left b/c they were upset that the workers tried to sell them their services. Please reconsider this review. They are running a business and everyone's got eat. Thanks!

I am so thankful to Kenzie and Aysha for their help today! I went to another postal carrier and they wanted to charge me $170 per package for a $25 little blanket! So I left and went to the UPS store and they were so nice and helpful and I shipped both packages and got a book of stamps for less than $50!
On top of meeting my needs, they were very nice and helpful. Thank you ladies! I should have seen you first, this is my only stop from now on!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing customer service. I had some packages arrive on a Saturday that I was unable to pick up that I needed before my flight the next day. I left a message on their phone and they allowed me to pick them up over 3hrs after they closed on the weekend. I have done business there before and will continue to do so in the future. They owners who helped me were super nice.

I come here quite often for Amazon returns and the experience is always nice and quick!

Awesome service. Drive out of my way for this ups store because they're very helpful and encourage their patrons to wear masks before entering the store -- something especially important during the holiday season! Feels much safer that way. Would highly recommend.

All of my experiences have been pleasant and professional. The owners, including the family members, and the staff have been very accommodating, courteous, and genuinely friendly.

On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond to help. It's a great place for personal and business mail and other office services.

Best UPS store in town!! Very clean, has great customer service and is open later than all the others. Owners are very hospitable and really do care about their customers. I dont know what other people are talking about...I will not go to any other UPS store after visiting this one!

Very kind and patient staff, who assisted me with my unusual predicaments with accepting and returning items over the holidays. Not sure what issues these others are reporting, perhaps just dissatisfied with UPS-wide pricing and practices.

Was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff the first time I used their sometime back. Have been going there since then and always walk out with a smile. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Kenzie and Hannah are always super helpful and nice! I literally love going to mail my stuff there! They’re amazing! I highly recommend them! :)

I also use this location to send back my many, many Amazon returns. Quick and friendly.
