I love this AutoZone. Best customer service you could ask for. UNLESS you’re dealing with Mario, the store manager. Not sure why you have the attitude, Mario, shrugging your shoulders at customer concerns. It’s a very good thing you have such excellent people working there who do understand how important customers are, those folks are jump-up, ready to serve, “how can we help you today?” Every time I leave there, I feel a little better about the world. As a result, they’re my first stop for everything vehicle related. It’s time to take a lesson from your employees, Mario.

Amazing service!!!!! Jessi and Jakob were fantastic. I have a 2011 GMC Acadia that needed a new battery. I did not know that my battery replacement was going to take half an hour with the battery being in the backseat! They went out of their with kindness and support to get the job done. Thank you both for your help!!!!

Great customer service and very helpful every time I've been in. They are always as helpful as they can be. I've actually had three of the people working there pulling my parts at one time instead of standing around and letting the person checking me out do all the work.

Best experience ever alternator and starter went on a road trip Cody and Matt saved my ass on a Sunday tested both and even helped me with a diagram to replace. Basically K on the road in 3 hours and life is good

I had outstanding service provided. Matt went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was running. He went outside and changed my battery for me and also noted that the previous battery was under warranty which saved me about $150
