I've been coming to this Walgreen's for MANY years! Sadly they have lost staff to Hyvee!!
But, as short staffed as they are, I've always been treated well, from the Pharmacy Counter Staff to getting flu/Covid Injections.
They need to be VERY careful filling those prescriptions. Put yourself in their shoes.
I've witnessed customers screaming and complaining to the staff about Insurance problems, where they have no control, and they handled it calmly.

Sam was great! She took the time to make sure my package would be delivered to Walgreens FedEx, so it wouldn't get lost and even called me to let me know it arrived safely. Thank you, Sam!

I would like to congratulate Abbie in the Photo department today for being very good at her job. She's knowledgeable and patient which is obviously a great combination. Kudos to Abbie on a job well done.

This drug store is very conveniently located to my home, the staff is always friendly. Sometimes there are lines especially when they have a problem with the insurance company which is the insurance company's fault not Walgreens.

Pharmacy is high priced and not user friendly with regards to filing secondary insurance claims. Bellin pharmacy does primary and secondary claims with no problems.

Most of the time the staff is very friendly, understandably there and everywhere is short staffed, ppl need to be patient!
