This UPS is Awesome! All the staff is friendly n willing to help. Alex, the manager was so kind n helpful n very professional, very informative n knows what he is doing. I’m retired from American Airlines in customer service of 31yrs. N believe me, I know when I’m getting Professional n Top Of The Line Customer Service as I did here with Alex! Thank u for having someone like him in yr business n I’m sure u know what a Great Asset he is to this company!

This is my go-to UPS store. I have been coming her for over 4 years for my Amazon returns and never once had an issue. Everyone here is friendly, professional, and fast. It's always clean and organized.

I visited this store to return a camera I bought in Amazon but I forgot to take my wallet. The store representative "Koda" helped me send this package without any hiccups. She is amazing 👏

Logan helped me today and he deserves some recognition. I was one of those customers….the one who shows up thinking they are all prepared only to realize my shipment is a complete disaster. I had about 6 Amazon returns and the QR codes I gave him were all messed up. I felt awful!!! Logan was so nice and patient. He even explained an easier way for me to figure things out. Instead of walking out of there crying, from frustration. I walked out with a smile on my face. Thank you Logan!

What a great store this is. The reason it is so great has 100% to do with the staff. Ron and Eddie are amazing human beings and I cannot thank them enough for helping me. Most stores just want you in and out and just handle your transaction. This store with Ron and Eddie took more of a consultative approach to helping me and made sure I was processing my Amazon return the correct way. They took the time to help me because they genuinely cared. Well-done you two.

Fast, professional and did I mention quick! Went in at 9:30am to drop off 7 packages with pre-printed labels attached. The attendant grabbed the scanner, and within literally 2 minutes I had my receipt and they were all scanned in and prepped to take an adventure to their destination. I was walking out the door to continue on as if this chore never happened.

I use this business a lot! If it's not an Amazon return, it a weird-shaped something to ship. If not that, then Notary services. They are unfailingly polite, helpful, and easy to deal with. The guys are "low reactors", not out-there extroverts, but it's not a personality contest. Just be aware....they're not going to visit with you, just do their job and do it quite well.

Dropped pkg off on the 16th. I have been worried because it’s been 3 weeks.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but that may be because I needed to fax something instead of deal with package shipping. Ron was very knowledgeable and when the fax line I was trying to send things to was busy, he suggested coming after normal business hours end (5pm) to try again. I come back and it worked just like he said it would, the man knows what he's talking about.

Just about the best customer service that I have received anywhere around town. The sales associate was an amazing help, I had quite a few shipments that I had to bring in (for shipping obviously.) Anyways, It made my day to see that someone has that much respect and love for his job. I will not be going anywhere else for my shipping priorities.
