Granny B's Thrift & More

My favorite thrift store around! They always treat customers with respect and kindness. They have free items just outside the door, and free food supplies just inside the door. The merchandise changes regularly. This shows the prices are fair. The proceeds are used to help those in need. I love the place, the people, and the cool black cat that they rescued years back. Visit! You'll be glad you did!

We love this thrift store and usually go in at least once or twice a month. My kids head straight for the toys and I towards clothes and shoes. The greatest part is the cat that usually hangs out in the front of the store and has been a staple of the store since I’ve been coming there. I’ve never had a bad experience and usually can spend an easy $30-$50 each trip.

Lots of clothes and nice knickknacks, books, movies and even some sage, incense, ear candles and such. Was a little put off by the cashier turning off the lights so we didn't go into some of the rooms but maybe it was due to it being close to closing time. As we were leaving I heard her ask another set of people in the store if they were finishing up and they said no we are still browsing and she said well we closed at 3:00, it was like 5 minutes after. That definitely put me off from a customer service stand point..I realize that you have certain hours but if the customer is in before closing you let them know hey we close in 10 or whatever and they have the choice to stay or come back. She even asked us if we were using a card or cash and mentioned it was because the system sometimes shuts down and won't take a card after closing time...something to look into. She did at least thank us and said y'all come back and see us. Not a very good first impression.

Really a great place. A delightful lady helped me unload. She was friendly and kind. The store has a wonderful mission to help feed and care for those that need assistance. It is a clean, neat, well organized business with excellent low prices. Go. You won't be disappointed.

I was looking for a special drapery rod, while looking at marketplace I saw one that was perfect. I sent a request about 9 pm to the seller that I wanted to purchase the rod. It turned out to be located at Granny B's. Virginia told me they opened at 10am, since I could not be there until much later, Virginia said they would set the rod aside and hold it for me until I could come.
My wife and I arrived later that day to pick up the rod. We are so very thankful for them helping us.

This is a great Christmas thrift store. They have a little bit of everything. The prices are low. They even have some new items for cheep. They also run a food bank out of there.

Their black cat is very friendly, his name is donation. He accepts free and ear rubs

One of my favorite thrift stores in the area.. Has alot to choose from and prices are great. Also The young lady Michelle that works there is always polite and welcoming!

I've been going since Granny B was alive, well and running the store. A sweet woman. She would be proud to know her store is run the same way with lots of great items at incredibly low prices.

First time I was there I had a great experience because the cashier explained to me that they really help out the residents of cleveland. Such as if you sign up for it, they will be a food bank - and not only will they give you food but if you desperately need clothes or shoes they will give them to you, as well as hygiene products. They have a pad and paper at the desk where you can write down your prayer requests and they will actually pray for you. As well as super cheap prices on good stuff!

Awesome store... I love it... mechelle was amazing and helped us with everything we needed... I'll definitely be back... Probably weekly!!! Thank you for all ur help... Y'all rock!!! The best place from cleveland to Gainesville!!!!

Went there to look around and it was great the service and attention was over the top the lady attending gave all to make the experience one that i will surely repeat . Great place Recomended to all wanting to visit thrift stores this one is a keeper..

Great deals. They have a huge selection. The owner is the sweetest lady ever. The staff are always ready to help any way they can.
