I would give more stars if I could, Gus is amazing!

My wife and I were Android users for years, but due to Apple having much better support for some of our personal and work related needs, we wanted to switch from Android to Apple. Anyone who has done this knows it can be quite an ordeal.

Gus to the rescue! He was extremely knowledgeable and
minimized the cost of switching phones while matching us up with the best iPhone fit. Due to some software issues migrating from Android to Apple, our lack of experience with Apple and turning in our Androids, we went back to the store a few times. Gus was ALWAYS attentive, patient and his knowledge is unfathomable – his fingers blazed across the phones while he configured them. He has professionalism and customer service that you just don’t see much anymore. We are now very happy Apple users, and know that if we ever have issues, Gus will help us out.

Cameron, at Hudson Oaks, TX Store was a 10 Plus. He was knowledgeable, patient and took his time and wasn’t in a hurry to get rid of me. I wish all your representatives were exactly like him.

My experience at this store was top notch to say the least Kyle is amazing, attentive, engaging and patient. Noah did a great job and spent so much time making sure everything was working on my end and that I knew how to do work the phone. ( I made the dreaded switch from android to apple) all in all it was a great experience, feel free to give those fellas a raise !

These people give amazing service and have an impressive knowledge of all phone brands, models and functions. We purchased all our last four phones from Hudson Oaks AT&T and I return whenever there is a phone update that screws up or causes a conflict (3 times this year) that makes my phone go bonkers. They are somehow able to figure out and correct my problem in the settings while I wait. I go in the mornings and there is minimal or no wait. Thanks, Kyle, for fixing me lately.

The best AT&T store. Noah goes above and beyond to help you with your phone. Knows what he is doing and communicates well.

Cameron at the Hudson Oaks store was amazing and super helpful. He resolved all my issues and also help with solutions on better options to lessen our bill. Thanks Cameron!

Kyle & Jose were an amazing / very respectful team!
I have been having issues with my new phone and even though they couldn't really solve the problem, they truly tried to do everything they could think of to fix the issue I was having.
When I need to come back for any other problems or get a new phone, I hope they'll be there to help me.

I went to the store right at opening time in dire need of replacing a damaged phone before a very important event at work. Kyle was absolutely AWESOME!!! He helped me immediately and was so nice and patient! I was so appreciative that he helped me! I would go see him again!

This is a great AT&T store! Everyone was really nice and helpful. It’s a less busy store, so that’s really nice too! They have a good selection of phones and accessories in stock. We have been very pleased every time we’ve gone to this location! ****I’m adding an edit: if you buy a new phone make sure they don’t add insurance without asking. They did this to both of our phones on two separate orders- never asked if I wanted it and never told me they added it. I found out once I got an email from the insurance company, I called AT&T and they removed it, but I don’t like sneaky added charges- which is what this felt like!

Fast and friendly service, this team is dedicated to go above and beyond for their customers. The store is not always busy and well staffed. This store is equipped to handle anything from home services to business accounts.

My phone had begun to die on me and I didn’t have a lot of money to upgrade but had no choice. Not only was the employee, Cameron, very helpful but also friendly and professional. Made everything so easy on this 60-year-old woman! Thank you, Cameron!

Jake, the manager, was awesome!! I have been working for WEEKS on a transfer issue with my phone and not one of the 8-10 ATT phone reps were able to help me with my problem.
Jake was very professional and restored my service!!! Even though it was a bit frustrating and time consuming, he remained calm and fixed the problem.
I highly recommend this manager, especially if you have a complex issue.

This was by far the most pleasant and seamless experience that I can remember. I went in to look at my options for a new iPhone since I was working with a 16GB 6S that was out of storage. Matt was able to get me a new phone with 64GB on trade in that cost me NOTHING. Also, he was able to save us some money on our monthly bill. I was in and out under 30 minutes which includes a short wait and transferring data to my new phone. I highly recommend this story and many thanks to Matt for getting me taken care of.

I visited the store on a slow Sunday for a simple upgrade. Rodrigo was great throughout the entire process, he explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. He also offered me an awesome bundle accessory deal that saved me some money. I was especially impressed by the other two employees for helping me pick out accessories and applying them to my new phone. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Jake from AT&T (had to put that lol) and no, he wasn't wearing khakis, worked for over 2 hours to get my new phone working. The store was very busy and he was helping multiple people. Great sense of humor, very patient and persistent in getting my phone to work. He deserves a raise!!

Ruddy and a manager were great to help me get set up on accounts and very professional and quick! Thank you for working with me and definitely will be back.

Where do I even begin? Matt is by far the best at customer service. I did not go in the store with a simple fix. Matt took the time (and lots of it over 2 days) to help me not only with an issue that I accidentally created myself and get it fixed but he also took a look at my cell phone bill and saved me $100 a month. If you are looking for great customer service, Matt is your guy!!

We went into the store to set up our service for our new home. We’ve never used AT&T before & can honestly say, our first impression is very good. Our rep was very helpful & even made a change for us after we completed all our set-up paperwork. There were no excuses or complaints about our request & we love that. Thanks for making it so simple 😊!

I am self employed and my time is precious. My request was to drop off my old four year old plus
iPhone and get a new 10xr and have it work exactly like my old iPhone. Clayton at the store did an outstanding job and I picked the phone several hours later and it work great. So nice in this day when you get stock in voice mail hell with no one to truly help you. Clayton did a great job and I will definitely go back to this store.
