Madison was awesome! I forgot to print my Amazon label. No problem she said and handled it immediately!. I hate going to Staples for returns and don't mind paying a buck for this kind of service!

The UPS store in Cookeville is very professional and nice. Sarah, who helped me, was wonderful! She went far beyond her job requirement to help me return my item!

Sarah is the best! She was welcoming as I walked in the door with my storage container full of gifts ready to ship to my Granddaughters first Christmas. She asked me questions to insure that my package would arrive at my expected time. She offered options. So kind and helpful!

Sarah helped me do my finger prints and set up a package to send them off. I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this task as efficiently if not for her expertise and professionalism. I appreciate how streamlined and educational this experience was. Thanks Sarah, your customer service was beyond exceptional! The team here is well versed on procedures and I recommend making the drive to this particular store for your needs.

I have stopped using USPS for any shipping!!! I love SARAH here at the Cookeville UPS Store. She is so friendly and helpful. We have been trying to do the drop off returns about 10 sets of 60ft Christmas lights. We had about 5 different Amazon return codes. We have struggled trying to figure out how to return as they were so large. The UPS store in cookeville was SO helpful. Madison and Taylor were fantastic and EXTREMELY patient with so.

I arrived at the Cookeville UPS Store at a little after 9:00AM, and was greeted by a very friendly and polite young man. There was no line when I entered, and was immediately called up to the counter by a young woman named Jackie. I’m assuming Jackie is part of the management staff at this location, however if she isn’t, she’s destined for a promotion to manager in short order. My experiences at this UPS Store have been nothing short of stellar. Fast service, a friendly greeting, professional service and an obviously high level of customer service training is conducted before the counter staff are permitted to serve the customers. Jackie, for example, was thoroughly knowledgeable of the services available, spoke TO me, not AT me, gave me the impression that my needs were at the top of her priority list, and had my package processed and ready to head to our family for Christmas. I’m very pleased with this UPS Store, and grateful for being made to feel like my business there is as important to them as it is to me. Please keep up the outstanding service!

Taylor and Lamonica were excellent when I came in to ship out a late Christmas card! Not only did they help me find everything I was looking for they helped make sure I was getting the best possible care and speed so I knew my cards were safe!

Went in today to send off three returns and Sarah was incredibly helpful! I had two of my returns ready but had technical issues with the third. Sarah went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue and get everything taken care of.

I had three returns one of which was going to China. Sarah helped me with the return labels and quotes, all in a matter of minutes. I cannot remember the last time someone was so very willing to help. This is the second time in as many months that Sarah has helped me at this location. What a great experience!

LaMonica was a huge help at the Cookeville, UPS store. I had several heavy boxes of paper to be shredded. She gladly lifted the boxes and brought them into the store for me. I really appreciate her doing that since I have issues with my back. Every employee that I have ever encountered at that store has been wonderfully friendly and helpful. They are very quick with service as well!
