The people here are amazing. They don’t ever make you feel stupid for asking questions about anything you don’t have knowledge about. They always have what we want, and we’re in here quite often.

Absolutely the best place to go if you vape. I dont smoke or vape but my fiance is going to quit smoking so I wanted some info for her. I was helped by the main man Shazam who is the general manager, we talked about vaping, comics and just life in general and I left with more knowledge than when I went in. I also met the owner Karen, she was very friendly and funny as hell. if you or someone you know vapes or is thinking about it you can go there get the info you need and want and probably make a friend as well.

Doc's is a great vape shop. They have next level customer service and a nice selection of very useful products.

Had to stop in while passing thru on a roadtrip (after putting my vape device thru the washer at last stay!) & the 2 staff present that day 10/18 (Tyler/?) were both so very patient, friendly & helpful. They had 1 unit left in case that was the exact same model I'd just destroyed & also hooked me up with some nice vape cartridges that were on mega sale! Appreciate y'all making this Ky gal's vape emergency such a pleasurable experience!

Had an amazing experience being there my first time, however when I got home I discovered the box of 2 batteries I had bought only had one in it. I will call up there in the morning as it was after close when I found out, will Change my review accordingly to how they make it right. (3 stars)

Changing my 3 star to a 5 star.
They made it right by putting a battery aside for me to come and pick up. When I got there one of the employees recognized me and got me my battery and took care of me immediately. It was a fast and easy pick up a few days after I called as it took me time to get back up there.

Very friendly and helpful they don't try talking you into buying something to just make a sell. They will work with you until you find what you are happy with. I liked that I wasn't being rushed and they listened to my concerns and explained to me stuff I didn't know. The prices are great and very much reasonable. And they have a point system that's always a bonus for someone like me. I definitely will be buying my juice from them for now on and I definitely will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good clean environment and friendly service and a good variety of juices.

Excellent customer service with a very knowledgeable and kind staff (my experience was with Mr. Corey and referred by Mr. Zack)! I was able to be in and out in a most timely manner with no question I had left with the best deal to fit my needs and totally satisfied, nay elated, with my purchase of my complete kit and new double pack of the appropriate batteries. Needless to say I will be a returning customer 😊 also it will be worth it for the punch card system alone, as it offers pretty impressive savings possiblity based on the $$$ amount not a points system! 5 stars across the board in every area and not because they are friends I am giving a good review because I was asked too. In fact, I wasn't even prompted to rate which made me feel the need to do so even more. So stop by before Friday to take full advantage of the 50% sale and see for yourself!! Thank you Doc's!

This is THE BEST vape shop. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are always super polite and informative, and I've almost never had to wait to be helped. I've been shopping here since quitting cigarettes in 2019, and I only go somewhere else if I have to.

Excellent experience!!! My partners aunt took him here to get him a mod. The guy was super helpful and answered most questions very well. He was pretty hard trying to upsale but I understand that's how you make money. Overall excellent experience, we will revisit when in Cookeville!!!

Have been multiple times with many questions. Jenny has answered many questions and never made me feel stupid or like I inconvenienced her. She was super nice and knowledgeable!!! Went again tonight and Brandan helped my husband with all his questions and concerns. Again never made either of us feel like we were bothering him. Would 100% recommend Docs for all vapping needs or questions.

Me & my boyfriend have been going here for years. It is a very friendly environment and the staff are so nice...They are always super helpful and they have the best recommendations on juices. They never disappoint me, and always know exactly what I will love! I’m never afraid to try new flavors thanks to their knowledge. You cant beat the prices or quality of docs! You guys rock!

First time visiting. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Store has a cool atmosphere, Really like the aesthetic of the place. Good prices on juice as well, and point system on purchases for discounts on future purchases. Definitely will be back.
