This is a great place to come. If you want to hear a manager talk to her employees like a dog, im just trying to buy yarn and hear a manager berating an employee and talking down to them about their training. If they were trained improperly, look to yourself and what you lack as a manager .
train them better, you arrogant ignorant poor manager.

EDIT:: the fact you clocked out, then had the employee hug you before you left, says even more about your poor character and how you abuse the minute power you hold in your very small store.

I love Joann fabrics! They have everything for every type of crafting/hobby like the Cricut, all sewing needs, a great selection of fabric for reupholstering or whatever you may need it for, resin art materials and supplies, painting supplies, markers, stencils, calligraphy pens, wide selection of cardstock, paper making, wedding accessories, jewelry making, artificial flowers, everything to make homemade gifts, ty beanie babies and much more!

OMG it's been at least forever since I've been inside a JOANNES but I was NOT disappointed. Huge variety of every item imaginable for crafting. Tons of variety for fun family crafts and anything you can think of. I just had to take some pics to show a few people so imma share them with you guys too!!!! Your welcome! Btw, that's only a taste of what they have!

I picked up an order and found I ordered the wrong item. They were very nice and I was able to exchange it for the correct item.

This is my favorite store. To help deal with mental illness I like to make stuff to keep a positive mind set. They have this one fabric i just love .

I have been shopping many years at Joanns. Today I had a clerk named Lori who was a delight. She was so helpful and caring about her customers. I wanted to leave a review on her because you need more like her. Clerks like her make shopping such a delight.

A crafter's dream place! Everything you need to craft something is here! Lots of fabrics to choose from. Tons of supplies for sowing and knitting here. Make your own home decor with supplies from here too! Really recommend this place if you're into arts and crafts!

That one gal is so very helpful! I was matching a fabric toy granddaughter's dress, and this gal got online and found it! It was not located on the store with others of it's kind, but she found it! Fantastic service!!

Catherine was SUPER helpful with my project that was fraying at the ends!! I didn't even know where to begin before I spoke to her besides looking at YouTube videos. She was able to point out suggestions, advice, and help me figure out how much binding I would need! She is an amazing asset to the company! I didn't catch the manager's name, I'm sorry but she is just as sweet and kind! You don't find many employees like them. I saw that they went above and beyond and out of their way to help each and every customer to make them feel important. Definitely better than another JoAnn's store I went too.

The store is clean and organize. Great staffs, they asked me twice that do I need their help. Great fabric and sewing supply, I recommend this store. I also can use my coupon on my phone. I will come again

Love this place. Manager was so very helpful. Super happy we found this place since we used them a lot back in SoFL. The only drawback is the location. Where in SoFL there were many locations here it is scarce. The drive was very long. We went and purchased over $200 and by the time I got home I had forgotten to pick up what I originally needed. This is where traveling to the location I this far is a problem. I will have to wait for the next time whenever we get a chance to go and pick up more than one small item.

Clean environment (Covid ain't getting in there!). Great, knowledgeable, friendly staff! Love this place🥰🥰🥰

Joann's has really cute fall and Halloween decorations and fabric. Right now they are marked down 40-50% off. I loaded up my cart!

If crafting is your thing Joann is a great place to go. It's not a giant labyrinth like hobby lobby....you go in...everything is easy to find...the employees don't roll their eyes when you ask them for assistance...it's just a hassle free zone.

Another store that is better than 5 Stars!
This is one of the few places that has all your needs related to anything clothing, repair or creating garments, fabric or sewing needs. The helpful kind staff is there for you like that good friend you may have or need. Certainly give them the opportunity as you will not be disappointed! You will be back after your first visit!

This Joanns is the closest location to where I live. I love the staff, always friendly and willing to help. If an attendant can’t assist right away, they page someone to help and assure that I will be helped soon. Today I went in to get some fabric and while I was waiting at the fabric counter, the checkout attendant let me know that someone would be with me shortly. An attendant named Gabby greeted me and was very helpful, had a great attitude, and was very friendly. During my visit the manager on duty, Elaine, politely asked a customer (who was not wearing a mask) if he could either put one on or wear some form of face covering while in the store. I appreciated her concern for others in the store and I felt safe since she was making sure everyone was following CDC guidelines. She calmly informed him that there were signs on the front door explaining that a mask was required to enter the store. I rarely see other establishments enforcing guidelines like this, and I felt very happy to see/hear that Elaine was being proactive. Will definitely return!!!

Big Thank You to Sara and the team. They gave us Great Customer Service! When they didn't have all that we wanted, they called their other store and found the rest of what we needed. Thank you all for the Extra effort!
