Hands-down to this company! They took on a challenge and made it to perfection!
I had a 2005 entertainment system with a 2005 TV that needs to be replaced! What was the special about this project was it was in an enclosed cabinet that when you push a button, the TV comes out of the cabinet. My dad was electronic Guru and he had so many cords and devices that my mom and I didn’t know how to work. These guys came in like champs installed the new TV and even were ever so kind to place all the electronics that were outdated and put them aside for me To donate!
They went above and beyond to even put another piece on the electronic Bookcase to the TV level, and if it ever goes out, I could always add another TV with no problems! They were very professional!

I have to give a shout out to The Technology Store! My husband crushed his cell phone. The screen was completely unusable. Even worse, he had not backed up his pictures and videos. All videos and pictures of our son. The Technology Store came to our rescue and replaced the screen. Everything works perfectly. We are so relieved! I highly recommend The Technology Store!! 5 stars!

Only luck led us to this store when we moved into the area from 30+ years of living in Florida. We are now shy of two years living here, and we can honestly say that the company and employees are number one on our list - out of both states!! Jay, Richard, Ben and all the techs and installers have been “down-home” friendly, but even more importantly, they have been honest and helpful! We truly feel they have done their utmost best to serve us and treat us with such respect. We dealt with them initially, and if we had a question or issue, they were there for us. Recently we purchased a new TV, and changed providers. The Technology Store and all of its fantastic staff, once again provided installation and support and any kind of information we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the market for assistance, especially if you are “technologically challenged” like us!!

We expecting guests at our house 2 watch the Supercross races. I was having problems with the new television pairing with the satellite. I called the technology store and I spoke with Jay he offered a couple of things to try and told me that if that did not work he would come to my house after he closed the store. And he showed up 30 minutes earlier than what I was expecting, corrected the problem which was very simple. All with a great attitude. I highly recommend Jay and his staff.
